We worked with John Cooper about a year ago when purchasing a used motor boat from Signature. This was our first time buying a boat over 30ft and John was there every step of the way, educating us on everything we needed to know. He was very transparent about the good and bad and helped us find a comfortable reality of owning a large boat. After we closed on the purchase, John spent countless hours walking us through how to operate the boat and gave us much needed parking lessons to get the vessel in and out of our slip in our new Marina. There were even several times we had to send John a panic text on how to operate something and he was very responsive. This was definitely a first class sale and I'd be happy to use John and Signature again in the future.

Tori and Scott are great, even with a difficult situation they got it handled and resolved! I appreciate what they have done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

If you are in the market for a sail boat this is the place to go in the NW. Tori Parrot is a great broker with the expertise and patience to find the boat that is best for you.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of energy and effort put into selling our boat. Print ads are a starting point but not the end of promoting a sale. The ads weren't even written very well, which is surprising since they were about the only way the boat was promoted. If salesmen can't write an engaging ad, then let someone else in the company do it and put some sparkle and life into the presentation. Make an effort. Lack of follow-up with people who saw the boat to keep it forward in their minds was also very disappointing. Signature Yachts doesn't put enough effort or original thought into their sales. They don't promote or push. Very disappointed and cannot recommend them as a good place to list.

Okay, where do I start. My wife and I bought a sailboat from Signature Yachts in 2009 so we have some history with them. This is not just "we just bought something from them and like them". The owner of this company (Robbie) does not know anything other than integrity and taking care of the customer. I seriously have never been taken care of after the sale better than I have been with Signature. That is not to say that there were no bumps along the way - the salesman that sold us our boat was somewhat less than reputable. But oweing to Robbie's integrity, this man was no longer selling boats at Signature shortly after our deal - this in spite of the guy being the top seller in a very depressed economy. Furthermore, Robbie stepped up and took care of this guy's problems (just one example - he damaged my bimini on the delivery. I wasn't happy but just rolled with it. A year later the service rep was looking over my boat with me and noticed the damage. I told him what happened and left it at that. A few days later I got a call telling me that they wanted to fix the damage - 1 year later!, without me even asking!). If you are in the market to buy or sell a boat, you can trust the keys to Signature Yachts - a rare gem in the industry!
