Rebel Wilson shows off 65-lb weight loss in black string bikini on luxury yacht getaway

REBEL Wilson flaunted her major weight loss in a tiny black bikini while vacating on a luxury yacht this week.

The 41-year-old has been on a health journey over the last year and a half and has lost over 60 pounds in the process.

Rebel showed off her transformation in a black string bikini as she tanned on the deck of a yacht.

She’s been vacationing out in the Mediterranean, and she took a minute to capture the moment with a few selfies of her cleavage and bum.

Wearing her barely-there swimsuit, the comedian took some snaps of herself lying on her stomach, smiling for the camera, sticking out her tongue, and turning away from the sun.

The low-cut top displayed some major cleavage, while her tiny bottoms showed off her back and a bit of her bum.

To keep the sun off her face, she wore a wide-brimmed off-white hat and a pair of orange sunglasses.

She wrote alongside one of the photos: “Med-day ☀️”

Earlier this week, Rebel had some fun on the deck of the yacht in a light yellow sweatshirt and a pair of tight, tan bike shorts.

The comedian shared a few shots of her swinging on the sailing lines, jumping around on the deck, and lying down in different formations with her friends.

She captioned the post: “Above Deck Mediterranean 😜”

The getaway comes after the actress finished wrapping her new Netflix movie, Senior Year, which focuses on a 37-year-old woman who wakes up from a coma and finds herself back in high school.

For the flick, she rocked a green and gold cheerleading uniform and said she got to "live out my BRING IT ON dreams in this movie."

The Pitch Perfect star also shared a  TikTok  video of herself in the uniform, as she danced away and showed her best moves with others dressed as cheerleaders.

Rebel, who made recently hit her goal weight of 165 pounds, explained to InStyle she had to cut out "sugar and junk food" for her diet and begin working out more frequently.

The Hollywood actress has been very open about her  weight loss journey .

The star followed the Mayr Method in order to a chieve her drastic weight loss .

“I think what’s been really interesting to me is how other people treat you,” Rebel said.

“Sometimes being bigger, people didn’t necessarily look twice at you. And now that I’m in a good shape, like, people offer to carry my groceries to the car and hold doors open for you. I was like, ‘Is this what other people experienced all the time?'”

In the meantime, Sting and Trudie Styler appeared to be very much in love as they posed for pictures beside the stunning blue waves. ‘The Deb’ will turn the Australian musical comedy into a movie, and filming will start in September.

Rebel’s directorial debut

The movie, produced by Amanda Ghost, Len Blavatnik, and Gregor Cameron, tells the story of high school outsider Taylah and her feminist inner-city cousin Maeve during a debutante ball. Rebel will not only have a supporting role in the movie but also make her debut as a director. As they subsequently dove into the ocean while still wearing their costumes, the stars began the celebration with a performance of a few of the musical's songs. 

Boy George, 61, of Culture Club, looked dapper in a gray cap and marbled shirt while sipping a drink. Adam Lambert, 41, wore oversized sunglasses, pink pajama-style shorts, and a pink top. 

Singer Ella Henderson, 27, also attended the event dressed in black. Her outfit included a jacket with inflated sleeves and a provocative cut-out in the center that showed off a tiny bit of skin.

Rebel and Ramona’s romance

Rebel later demonstrated that she was settling into the party when she changed into a red cocktail dress to add to the colorful assortment of attire on display. Rebel revealed in June 2022 that she had fallen in love with Ramona, 42, the proprietor of the eco-friendly apparel line Lemon Ve Limon. This Mother's Day, Rebel and Ramona took to Instagram to celebrate their new motherhood. 

The couple met for the first time in late 2021 thanks to a common acquaintance. In an earlier interview with People , Rebel recounted how they had made an effort to form a sincere connection before going on their first date.

Prior to making the relationship public and coming out of the closet, the couple had been dating for a number of months. She confirmed the engagement in February, releasing photographs of her proposal at Disneyland on Instagram.

The beautiful pictures showed her down on one knee with a Tiffany & Co ring for her future bride. Months later, Rebel astonished fans by announcing the birth of her surrogate daughter, Royce Lillian.

Rebel Wilson has showed off her dramatic three-stone weight loss while cosying up to her new billionaire boyfriend on a yacht.

The Pitch Perfect star, 40, joined brewery heir Jacob Busch in the French Riviera just days after going public with him.

They've already enjoyed a romantic break to the South of France and even made their public debut at the Monte-Carlo Gala For Planetary Health, alongside Prince Albert II of Monaco.

The pair filmed a Boomerang of themselves cuddling today draped in a soft grey blanket on the desk of a private yacht in Monaco, having taken a star-studded helicopter trip the previous day.

On Friday night, Rebel wowed in a raspberry red floor-length gown at the opening of an art gallery exhibition on Jacob's arm.

The gorgeous Badgley Mischka gown featured a high Victorian collar, plunging V-neck and rose-swirled sleeves cropped high on Rebel's arm.

"Had such an amazing time last night @nmnmonaco for the Miro exhibition curated by @busyisi and @gmurzynska ," she wrote before crediting her stylist Elizabeth Stewart and hair and makeup team for creating the look.

Earlier this week, fellow Hollywood star Kate Beckinsale shared a snap of their group - made up of her and friend Alex Bartley, Helen Mirren with her husband Taylor Hackford, and Rebel and Jacob - posing on the helipad before boarding their enormous chopper.

"Three happy couples about to board a helicopter. One pair let the whole group down, sensible shoe-wise," joked Kate.

Rebel, wearing a pair of skinny white cropped jeans, a green patterned jumper and white loafers, looked happy and healthy as she put her arm around her toyboy's waist.

She then joked around with Dame Helen, taking funny snaps before the group took their seats and lifted off.

Rebel has managed to lose an epic 40lb (18kg - or nearly three stone) after embarking on her 'year of health'.

She recently thanked fans for their support, telling them she was just eight kilos from her target weight of 165lb (75kg).

"Thanks for all the love so far on my 'Year of Health' journey," she wrote on Instagram .

"When I was reaching for the candies last night after dinner I thought to myself 'hmmmm...better not' and had a bottle of water instead x 8kg's to go until I hit my goal."

"Hopefully I can do it by the end of the year x."

The 41-year-old actress is fresh from a promotional Instagram post as she reminds fans she’s an Olly wellness partner, with the photos seeing the Australian unwind, relax, and earn herself a little top-up cash in the process.

Posting for her 10 million followers ahead of the weekend, Rebel stunned in windswept snaps from bobbing waters, with fans seeing the slimmed-down star looking sensational, stylish, and 100% celebrating life.

The Pitch Perfect star, currently gearing up for the release of her new Senior Year movie, was all tousled curled hair and deep gazes in her opening snap – both images also clearly included tubs of Olly’s Goodbye Stress gummies.

“Nothing rocks my boat… not even the stress that comes with getting back to traveling! ? I’ve been loving my @ollywenness Goodbye Stress supplements,” Wilson opened, adding: “These tasty gummies help me say PEACE OUT to the bad vibes.”

Rebel, who dropped the weight via mindful eating and outdoor walks – she swears high-intensity exercise did nothing for her – included a #ad, with the post now sitting at over 86,000 likes. Rebel is not alone in fronting Olly – also part of the family is 35-year-old sitcom star Kaley Cuoco . The brand has also been influenced by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley.

The response was mixed. While some were thrilled to see their favorite actress living her best life, others weren’t keen on the luxurious display coming in tow with a mention of stress. Rebel Wilson is directing her first feature film with musical comedy “The Deb,” a big-screen adaptation of an Australian musical set in the outback.

The film is produced by Amanda Ghost, Len Blavatnik, and Gregor Cameron via their company Unigram, which recently produced Apple TV+ movie “Tetris,” and sister outfit AI Film (“I, Tonya”). The project was launched around the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday, at a private event aboard billionaire investor Blavatnik’s yacht, where cast members from the Aussie musical performed a number of songs on the vessel’s upper deck.

“I’ve always just been watching as the actress — watching, watching, watching — and then I produced a lot of things with musical numbers in them, like ‘Senior Year’ on Netflix, which had a lot of cheerleading routines,” continued Wilson. “Everyone kept saying, ‘You should direct!’ … I just started getting offered movies to direct from studios, so then I was like, ‘Oh my God, if I have to take a year out of my life and not be an actress and be a director, it has to be something that I am massively passionate about.'”

Originally premiering at Sydney’s Australian Theatre for Young People in 2022, “The Deb” theater production was written by Hannah Reilly (“Sheilas”) and includes original songs from singer-songwriter Meg Washington (“The Beach”).

Production is set to begin in Australia in September.

“My skill set has always been musical comedy,” said Wilson. “From my first productions as a playwright, they were all little musical comedies where I wrote the music for those ones back in the day. It’s just so my genre that I thought, out of the other movies that I was offered, this one is a thing [I’m familiar with].”

“The Deb” will be produced in partnership with Wilson’s Camp Sugar Productions (“Senior Year”) and Australian producer Bunya Productions (“The Drover’s Wife”). Danny Cohen executive produces on behalf of Access Entertainment.

The adaptation will feature a cast of rising Australian stars including Charlotte MacInnes, who played Maeve in the Aussie musical; award-nominated Natalie Abbott; and Stevie Jean. Other Australian talent in the film includes Tara Morice, Jay Laga’aia, Shane Jacobson and Wilson.

Wilson references Australian films such as “Muriel’s Wedding” and “The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert” as cultural touchpoints for the project. “I really like seeing my culture on screen,” said the actor, who was raised in Sydney. “[Those films are] very seminal to me and I really wanted to create a movie that was like the modern version of those. Those movies have such charm, they’re so colourful, and they’re very funny. And they have real heart to them.”

Amanda Ghost at Unigram said: “It is a joy to be partnering with the extraordinarily talented Rebel Wilson on The Deb. This is a project that is so intrinsic to Rebel and her Australian roots. As soon as she introduced us to the musical and talked about the film we knew this brilliant script and unforgettable musical numbers would have a whole new life in her capable hands. We cannot wait for the world to see ‘The Deb.’”

Rebel Wilson enjoyed a bit of sight seeing in Rome this week.

And on Wednesday, the 41-year-old hit the high seas with her friends on a luxury yacht as they sailed on the Mediterranean Sea.

She shared a video, posted by a friend, that showed her dressed in a pale yellow sweatshirt and matching bike shorts while holding up the peace sign.

It comes after Rebel enjoyed a day of sightseeing at the Colosseum in Rome on Tuesday.

Rebel revealed she has recently bought a home in London and is planning to spend 'a lot more' time in the UK capital, increasing her chances of finding a British boyfriend.

The actress and comedienne is quoted by The Sun newspaper's Bizzare  column as saying: 'I love England. I've bought a place in London so I'm sure I'll be spending a lot more time there in the future.'

Meanwhile, the comedienne recently revealed she lost weight to boost her chances of getting pregnant.

The Pitch Perfect actress has shed more than 65lbs over the last year and although she was initially 'offended' that her doctors suggested her fertility would improve if she was slimmer and 'healthier', the comments gave her the motivation to tackle her eating habits. 

Speaking on Instagram Live, she said: 'When I was going through and looking into fertility stuff, the doctor was like, 'Well, you'd have a much better chance if you were healthier'.    

'I was actually a bit offended. I thought that even though I was bigger, I was pretty healthy.

'So that's what started it – that if I lost some excess weight, it would give me a better chance of freezing eggs and having better quality eggs.

'At first it wasn't even for myself, it was thinking of a future mini-me and their quality. That's what kick-started it.'

Rebel Wilson posted three sensual thirst traps to Instagram on Monday after a fun-filled Fourth of July weekend.

The "How To Be Single" star, 41, snapped the sexy selfies with a rope in her mouth as she relaxed on the deck of a boat.

"I’m stronger up against the ropes," she captioned the post.

Wilson showed off her slimmed-down figure in the photo, rocking a low-cut light blue one-piece bathing suit. She finished off her nautical look with a cream fedora and cat-eye Dita Revoir sunglasses, which retail for $650 .

The thirst traps seemed to be a success, as her ex-boyfriend Jacob Busch took to the comments section to lust over the comedic actress by posting two fire emojis.

Several fans also swooned over the rebel-lious pics.

"Someone dial 911… Rebel just set the place on fire.," one person wrote.

Wilson was on a boating excursion with a group of guy friends when she took the sunbathing selfies. She also uploaded a picture of herself having a glass of bubbly with her pals.

Wilson has been on a roll with her social media content in recent months, posting several photos in bathing suits and even one in her underwear .

Her affinity for thirst-trapping comes after the starlet embarked on a health journey in 2020 and ultimately reached her goal weight of 165 pounds by getting more active and switching up her diet.

Wilson is seemingly single at the moment after she ended her six-month relationship with Busch, an heir to the Anheuser-Busch fortune, in February. They had made their red carpet debut as a couple in September 2020.

Rebel Wilson Shared More Pics Of Her Rich BF & If Yr Wondering Yes, He’s Still Hot On A Yacht

The two became IG official when Wilson posted piccies of them heading off to the Prince Albert’s Planetary Health Gala in Monaco, alongside Helen Mirren and Kate Beckinsale . Now, it looks like they’ve had a splendid time at the event, with a full day of weightlifting Grey Goose on a superyacht included.

“Hey guys, I’d just like to show you my new workout routine,” Rebel said in a video on her own Insta, “I call this the Monaco routine… this is just 4.5 litres of vodka.”

She’s truly living the life we’d all like to.

Between the two, there have been some impossibly attractive new photos of the happy couple, including one or two spicy pics of Busch just being hot. Some have since been deleted off Wilson’s Insta story.

Rebel Wilson had a fun weekend cosying up to her new man Jacob Busch on a yacht ride in Monaco.

The Bridesmaids star recently debuted her new 29-year-old boyfriend on the red carpet for Prince Albert’s Planetary Health Gala.

Just a few days later, the 40-year-old took to her Instagram to share a boomerang of her and the millionaire enjoying a luxurious boat ride.

Rebel snuggled close to him, curling up with a blanket around her shoulders. 

Both wore sunglasses while posing for the camera, with Jacob sticking his tongue out and Rebel smiling.

Rebel is having the time of her life and we couldn’t be happier for her.

The couple reportedly met each other in 2019 but apparently only began dating when Rebel returned to the US after quarantining in Australia during the coronavirus pandemic.

An insider told People magazine : ‘They are officially boyfriend and girlfriend. He’s a gentleman, has very old school manners and treats her well.

‘He is also very health conscious and they’ve been motivating each other with their health journeys.’

Jacob’s family founded the Anheuser-Busch brewery, which produces Budweiser.

According to Forbes in 2016 , his family was listed as the 16th richest in the USA, with a fortune of £10.5billion.

In 2017, Jacob launched his own beer called Sons Beer with his best friends and has a net worth of around £78.7million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.

Rebel Wilson Calls Directing First Movie as a New Mom ‘Challenging': ‘Didn’t Get Much Sleep’ (Exclusive)

Rebel Wilson is learning how to balance her career with being a new mom.

The Pitch Perfect star, 44, spoke with PEOPLE as she premiered her directorial debut The Deb at the Toronto International Film Festival , sharing that it was hard for her to prioritize being a first-time director while also being a first-time mom.

Wilson welcomed her daughter Royce, 22 months, via surrogate in November 2022.

"It was hard," Wilson admits. "Royce was almost turning one. I wasn't getting very much sleep and moved the family back to Australia for it, so it was hard."

"I've got a bit more sleep now, now that the movie's complete and stuff. But it was very challenging to be a brand new mom and to be doing a job that I'd never ever done before. That's it. And I'll recover, I'll recover from that."

Though it was difficult, Wilson tells PEOPLE that her daughter was able to be on set for part of the filming and she's probably seen the movie multiple times at this point.

"Royce came to set several times. Loves it. For some reason, she's probably seen the movie a couple of times," the proud mom says. "She comes in when I'm watching things in my home cinema, she comes in because she hears the music. She does this little baby dancing."

Wilson's daughter recently made her red carpet debut at the premiere of The Deb. Wearing a dress with a sweater over it, Royce smiled in photographs at the annual film event with her mom, who wore a purple gown with her hair styled in an updo.

Wilson's fiancée  Ramona Agruma  was also present, posing on the red carpet with the actress. The pair got  engaged  in February 2023.

Shortly after welcoming her daughter in November 2022, Wilson  told PEOPLE  that her daughter's full name is Royce Lillian Elizabeth Wilson.

Explaining the meaning behind each of her names, Wilson said, "I wanted an original name starting with the letter R and so eventually landed on that one. Lillian and Elizabeth are both family names carried by women in my family who I admire. Elizabeth, which is also my middle name, after the late Queen."

Fans, as always, went wild over the shot, with one commenting, "Rebel is hotter than summer." "Girl you're looking so amazing," another wrote, with a third adding, "You go girl!!!! You look fantastic!"

Several others just dropped flame emojis wherever they could, and one congratulated her on her amazing weight loss transformation, saying, "Congratulations on your journey girl! You are rocking it!"

The actress revealed that she'd lost over 75lbs thanks to some quality reading , a new exercise, and diet regimen, and she's since showed off her figure incredibly with her more adventurous sense of fashion.

She recently made a statement with another picture she shared from her vacation , this time on board her $320,000-a-week luxury yacht.

The stunning shot featured the Pitch Perfect star wearing a sweatshirt and matching white pants as the sun behind her glistened in a brilliant cascade of colors.

"Sunrise. Sunset," she simply captioned the photograph as fans were left in awe. Many of her former co-stars chimed in, with Anna Camp just writing, "Damnnnn," and Alexis Knapp saying, "glory glory!"

"Twilight hottie," another one of her followers commented, with another saying, "Absolutely gorgeous!"
