Whatever your yacht brand or model, there will be a tender tailor made to fit. For larger yachts with davit launching systems or a dedicated garage you might choose a Jet Tender or a RIB. However, a light, easy to stow, medium-sized, inflatable dinghy with a transom and inflatable floor is the tender of choice for most cruising yachts.

How to Order Lagoon Catamaran Parts

American and Canadian owners of Beneteau-built Lagoon catamarans can order directly from the Beneteau USA spare parts service website. You must have a customer code (account login with password) to access the online catalog. Here is how it works:

• If you don’t have a customer code, get one using the Beneteau Spare Parts Account Request Form. Note it can take a couple of days to receive your login credentials.
• If you have an account, login at Beneteau Spare Parts Catalog.
• IMPORTANT: Our boat owners report that the catalog ordering system is not intuitive so you will want to watch the video. There is a video link on the catalog login screen, but as of August 2021, it was not working, so this video shown here may help.
• Call Beneteau Customer Service at 843.629.5320 to work with a sales rep or request a link to the online catalog (in case the link above stops working).
• Your closest Lagoon dealer or certified service location. If in South Florida, contact Lagoon Technical Services – Multitech Marine Fort Lauderdale 954.522.1114 .
• If your part is not in stock, it will be ordered from France and you will receive a weekly back-order status email.
• Once the part is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

If You Cannot Find the Lagoon Part You Need in the Catalog

If by chance you cannot find the Lagoon part you need in the catalog, you will be redirected to send an email to Lagoon After-Sales France at [email protected] . The Lagoon staff will research the part identification number and pass it on to Beneteau USA. They will email you with the part number so can order the part from the Beneteau parts website.

Parts for any Lagoon models not listed on the Beneteau USA parts catalog above as well as technical questions of any kind (if your dealer cannot help) should be directed to Lagoon in Bordeaux, France by sending an email to [email protected] .

I’m looking for a hydraulic swim platform to install on a 2008 440 lagoon. I’m starting a dive spearfishing charter biz that will have handicapped wounded warriors and other handicapped people on board. I need to safely lower and raise them out of the water from the stern if possible

Scott, I think Stephen has already spoken with you and he has just suggested that perhaps you should also contact Dedicated Marine in Florida. They may be able to either help or guide to a supplier.

If you own a Lagoon and need parts, good luck. It has been a big run-a-round.

Catamaran Guru DOES NOT SELL PARTS. They will refer you to Multitech, who is a wholesaler and will not sell to boat owners. When you ask Multitech for a list of companies that they will sell to, it turns out that everyone of them only sells boats and they do not deal in parts.

When I called Beneteau I was number 99 in line. Lagoon and Beneteau need to get it together. Those two manufacturers have made a million boats, it would be nice if they could take care of their customers after the sale.

You are absolutely correct that Catamaran Guru DOES NOT SELL Lagoon parts and we never claimed to. The link on our website was provided by Beneteau / Lagoon and also is or was on their own websites. I am afraid that I cannot be responsible for their reaction times. As for the dealers, contact the dealer you bought the boat from and hold their feet to the fire to help you source parts. Lagoon America is located in Annapolis and you could call them. There is also a very vibrant Lagoon owners group on Facebook that is very helpful. People who buy Lagoon catamarans from us, are always taken care of and your broker / dealer should do the same for you.

Could anyone tell me if there is another dealer in the USA other than Multitech Marine. They have been extremely unhelpful in the past.

e.g. I ordered an anchor frame from them several years ago, but it did not turn up, despite many emails and calls. I ordered light switches and they sent momentary switches. I ordered fuses and they sent the wrong ones.

They make no effort to rectify their errors, or to provide customer service. Its cost me a lot of money and I have received nothing of value.

I’m afraid I cannot help with that. Your dealer should be able to help.

It appears that they have closed the site for taking orders Anyone have any ideas how can I order parts?

Manny the only info we have is perhaps to contact Multitech Marine in Florida or Lagoon America in Annapolis MD.

DearChuck, We would like to thank you and your staff for providing such excellent service to our Beneteau First 42s7 named “Wave Equation,” formerly known as “Vivace.” The trip from her home in Jacksonville to Charleston was richly rewarded. The lengthy list of repairs, improvements, and maintenance projects was completed in a manner and beyond our expectations. We particularly have appreciated the hand holds added to the the forward cabin. The work done at St Barts Yachts added greatly to our confidence, safety, and enjoyment during our recent two month sojourn in the Bahamas, traveling as far south as Long Island and Georgetown in the Exumas.

We especially would like to thank Jean-Michel Morisson, Phil Denick, and Eddie Brown. Each of them made their own unique contribution. They were personable, attentive, responsive, and tolerant of us. At the same time, we very much enjoyed their individual personalities and nationalities!

We had hoped to see Wayne Burdick again on bis beautiful Beneteau 411 in the Abacos but our paths did not cross this year. We wanted to personally express our thanks to him for the service provided at St. Barts Yachts. Our experience there has made us loyal Beneteau owners. Well that’s sad. That was a great resource for getting parts, and also just figuring out what parts were there.  

This is really disappointing. I know that some dealers are more responsive to knowledgeable owners and some either don't want to be bothered servicing DIYers, or will mark-up parts prices excessively as a "convenience fee" for dealing with the right-to-fix crowd. I'm also very concerned that access to the diagrams will be restricted. I see this as a regression in the progress towards right-to-fix. I am considering a move from monohull to cat in the future and this will definitely influence how I view Lagoon when the time comes. I'd like to hear from other owners if they think their local dealer is DIY-friendly...maybe I will bias that dealer with my business over the local B rep.  

Our local dealer is very DIY friendly, but I think the bigger problem is resources (money) to sustain a parts department or even a parts specialist. I was a one person parts department for a computer hardware repair company many years ago, and I can tell you that I wasn’t being paid minimum wage in that role. We have had a very good local contact in the past, but part of what made him good was that his primary role was QA for new boat deliveries, with a bit of a side role resolving issues with used brokerage boats (also mostly Beneteaus). Managing that trio of responsibilities meant that he wasn’t always immediately available to us if there was a big problem with a big delivery. We also have great resources available from the service center who performs the commissioning for the new boats, but again… a DIY’er is at the mercy of the organization’s workload and maybe certain special customers with a particular $en$e of urgency…  

This is very disappointing. I guess I will be stockpiling some parts now before we enter this period of uncertainty. I have a feeling even the dealers who are good to DIYers won't have a web presence and will require phone orders, likely keeping bankers hours. I'm wondering if there's a way I can at least archive the diagrams for my model.  

Glad I got my deck-fill tool earlier this year! (even though a $25 part came to $140 by the time I got it to Canada....)  

Beneteau.sailboatowners.com should still work, I hope!

I have tried two West Coast dealers to no avail. Anyone have a dealer they can recommend that is receptive to this? Emails unanswered and no follow through. I‘m tempted to name them, but am still holding out that one will do right. Disappointing indeed….

Yeah… although an option, they have very generic parts and virtually no parts for the newer models. Especially when it comes to interior. Still hoping a dealer will step up and sort this out.  

I finally got an update. With the system hack that occurred last year, it seems they are redoing the site architecture to a more secure system. This involves positive user ID, via an authorized dealer. Once up, nothing changes and login can still be obtained. I think each dealer will have a secure portal… or something like that. So, maybe not that bad. I’ll report when I get my credentials.

Dear Forum: I sail in Northwest Ohio on Lake Erie. The closest Beneteau dealer to me that I have found to be responsive is RCR Yachts in Youngstown, NY, near Buffalo, which is about 350 miles away (500 km). There is a dealer in eastern Michigan but it is a small operation. RCR Yachts has a sales office near me but they don't handle parts or repairs. So my only option is mail order, and I rely on those diagrams on the Beneteau site to find parts. I had to replace the cutlass bearing a few years ago and it took a lot of digging to find it, and several call to a variety of dealers as far as 1000 miles away to identify that little nylon screw that holds it in place. RCR finally got me an answer.
