We took the first tender from our cruise ship Windstar Pride to meet Nano and Captain Jesse at the dock at Pigeon Point. We brought our snorkel gear & towel from the ship as directed. We stopped to pick up some others, including a stop at a Carnival ship in Castries Harbor, very interesting! Also stopped at Marigot Bay on the way to Soufriere.

One couple left the speedboat at Annes Chastenet to snorkel; that was a great idea and I am sorry that we did not do the same. Anse Chastenet is an exceptionally beautiful beach with great snorkeling. Great that Joy’s was flexible to offer that option.

We were picked up by boat from the beach at Morgan bay. The trip included a visit to the mud baths? A waterfall, lovely lunch then a bit of snorkelling. This was definitely one of the highlights to our holiday.

96+ hours: Full Refund

Shore Excursions:

All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Island Routes Tours will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. The Operators of tours are solely responsible for their acts and omissions and Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, assume no responsibility for such acts and omissions, or for any injury, loss, damage, sickness or accidents sustained on any of the tours offered for sale , including but not limited to any that occur on and/or during the tour, as well as before and after as part of and/or during transport to/from the tour ‐ again, to the exclusion of tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours. Without any exclusion, however, Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, shall not assume any responsibility for injury, loss or damage to any person that voluntarily participates in cliff diving at any location, including but not limited to Dunn's River Falls or Rick's Café, and/or to any person who voluntarily stops as part of and/or during transport to/from a tour at an unintended destination, meaning one that is separate and apart from the scheduled tour and/or destination. Individuals proceeding in such manner assume any and all responsibility and risk, as this is not a recommended activity. Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, in addition shall not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing or other valuables that have not been tendered to Management for safe keeping. Please note, for your safety, Guest will not be allowed to participate in helicopter tours and/or transfers if they have undertaken any diving exercise within 24hrs prior to departure of said tour/transfer.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

Guest HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, their parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents or representatives, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE to Guest for liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense in any circumstances, for: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY Guest(s) and/or Operators of tours, excluding tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours; (B) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND; OR (C) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. This specifically includes but is not limited to liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY food or drink consumed at third party facilities belonging to third party Operators of tours.

The undersigned Guest(s) irrevocably consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes, or anyone authorized by Island Routes, of any and all photographic, video and other visual portrayal(s) of the undersigned Guest(s), their child or ward, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in magazines, brochures, flyers, television, internet, and websites displays without further reference or compensation. All rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be the sole property of Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes, or anyone authorized by Island Routes, free from any claims by the undersigned Guest(s) and or any person deriving any rights or interest from such Guest, AND each undersigned Guest(s) UNDERSTANDS AND HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY SO AGREES.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Jamaica, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. Prepare to have fun on this nature and catamaran sailing cruise excursion. See the majestic Pitons of St. Lucia – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, observe the coastal villages of the island, enjoy a delicious lunch and maybe enjoy a therapeutic mud bath!

Meet your knowledgeable English-speaking guide by the cruise terminal and take a brief transfer to where your vessel is docked just a few minutes from your pier. The friendly crew will welcome you onboard and then you will set sail along the coast to your destination of Soufriere. The crew will serve hors d'oeuvres as you cruise past the coastal villages of Anse La Raye and Canaries. You will also enjoy wonderful views of the most famous landmark, the Pitons. There are multiple photo ops on this excursion so a waterproof camera is recommended.

Once you arrive in Soufriere, disembark your boat and jump on your air-conditioned transportation for a short ride to the Diamond Botanical Gardens, the oldest botanical gardens on the island. You will have a fascinating visit to the gardens named for its Diamond Falls and full of beautiful plants, flowers, and trees. You will enjoy a delicious complimentary lunch at the coconut plantation. Lunch consists of a traditional St. Lucia creole-style feast with choices that vary daily (typically chicken, rice with beans, fried plantains, etc). Head next to the nearby Sulphur Springs to enjoy a relaxing mud bath, famous for its skin rejuvenation properties. You may prefer to take a visit to the volcano instead.

After the mud bath or volcano visit, it is a 10-minute ride back to where your catamaran is docked and where once on board, you will set sail again. On your way back to the catamaran dock, enjoy a stop in a secluded bay for a refreshing dip in the turquoise Caribbean waters. Grab the snorkel gear included onboard and see some of the incredible marine life. Or just relax on the deck. There is plenty of shade, sunning areas, restrooms, and an open bar! Continue sailing and visit Marigot Bay en route before arriving directly at the cruise ship terminal.
