Kids are welcome aboard, but safety comes first. Children under 10 years old must wear life jackets when they’re on the deck or in the water, no matter how good a swimmer they are. We don’t take care of watching children, so a responsible adult needs to keep an eye on them.

Refund Policy

We hope you have a great time with us, but if something comes up and you can’t make it, we understand. Refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment. Please wait for up to 40-45 days for the transfer completion. Depending on the situation, we might be able to reschedule your trip or give you a voucher for another time. Let’s talk about it and find the best solution.

Additional notes

• Safety is the first priority at Royal Star Yachts, especially during stubborn weather. If conditions aren’t safe and pose any risk, the journey will be delayed or canceled. We will be compensating for it by arranging an alternative tour. If that’s not possible, the royal star yacht will provide you with a voucher for a future trip.
• If there’s any damage to the yacht made by the client, he/she will be notified about the damage within a day. A contractor will be mediating to provide an official quotation for repairing or replacing the damaged item. Work out a solution together.
• We strictly do not accept any loss resulting from sickness, death, injury, etc.
• Everyone under 21 needs to have an adult supervising them.
• Food brought onboard needs to follow UAE health rules.
• Sorry, but no pets allowed – it’s the law.
• No smoking inside the yacht, please! It is allowed only in designated areas. We want everyone to enjoy their trip. Failure to obey the rule will result in sudden termination of the charter.
• No open flames are allowed, except under special circumstances such as candles on a cake. We want to keep everyone safe.
• For the littlest ones, only kids over one year old can come on boats smaller than 40 feet.

Refund Policy

We hope you have a great time with us, but if something comes up and you can't make it, we understand. Refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment. Please wait for up to 40-45 days for the transfer completion. Depending on the situation, we might be able to reschedule your trip or give you a voucher for another time. Additional notes

• Safety is the first priority at Royal Star Yachts, especially during stubborn weather. If conditions aren't safe and pose any risk, the journey will be delayed or canceled. We will be compensating for it by arranging an alternative tour. If that's not possible, the royal star yacht will provide you with a voucher for a future trip.
• If there's any damage to the yacht made by the client, he/she will be notified about the damage within a day. A contractor will be mediating to provide an official quotation for repairing or replacing the damaged item. Work out a solution together.
• We strictly do not accept any loss resulting from sickness, death, injury, etc.
• Everyone under 21 needs to have an adult supervising them.
• Food brought onboard needs to follow UAE health rules.
• Sorry, but no pets allowed – it's the law.

Infants are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Older children must adorn the life jacket at all times. However, pets aren’t allowed aboard our yachts strictly due to safety concerns.

4. When is the best time to go cruising or yachting?

Although the sailing season in the Arabian Sea is between December and March, when the weather remains mild and cool, September to November is also a good time to soak in the sun without getting tanned.

5. Can I bring food and drinks as well as music?

Food and beverage arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon while booking the yachts. All our boats come with basic disposable cutlery. The music system is available on every yacht and guests are allowed to bring their own music in the form of USB or AUX-friendly devices.

If for some reason you cannot attend, we can postpone the trip to another day of your choice, if not already booked, or we can refund the money according to our cancellation policy.
• How to rent a yacht in Dubai with Sail Serene? The easiest way is to contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or by pressing the Booking Enquiry buttons on the website. Once we know your requirement for your luxury yacht rental (i.e., yacht rental for couples, for birthday, yacht party, yacht event, fishing trip in Dubai, etc.) we will give you our best yacht match with the best yacht rental price. If you accept, we will block the yacht for the day and time chosen and arrange for you to make the payment. We require 50% payment at the time of booking and 50% before we depart, either by link (additional 3% processing fees), bank transfer or cash handed directly to the captain. Depending on your requirement we can provide food and beverages but a luxury yacht charter with Sail Serene always includes water, soft drinks and juices. You can bring your own food and alcoholic beverages to consume on board the yacht and we will happily serve the food on elegant serving platers, provide cutleries, cups, napkins, plates, a small quantity of ice and coolers. We require our guests to arrive at the yacht in Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour 10 minutes before departure. Children up to the age of 12 will be provided with a lifejacket which they will have to wear at all times.
