The Xquisite Catamaran Center (formerly Running Mon Marina) is a secluded and friendly boutique resort & marina that offers an escape from the ordinary. Guests can indulge in the peaceful tranquility, beautiful surroundings of the resort and catch the magnificent views of the evening sunsets. The resort is within just 10 minutes of the many exciting venues and activities available in Freeport and offers slips in the marina that can accommodate up to 20 large catamarans.

The Xquisite Catamaran Center also serves as an official port of entry for Grand Bahama Island and it is the home base of Xquisite Yachts with it’s corporate offices, charter base, brokerage office, training center and repair yard.  Restaurant with local and international cuisine and a poolside bar with heated pool awaits our customers while Xquisite trained technicians can take care of any yacht maintenance and repairs. Tucked away in a quiet waterfront location in Freeport, our state-of-the-art Grand Bahama marina resort offers privacy, fine hospitality and clean facilities. Rest assured of your vessel's safety as you explore Grand Bahama or leave it for an extended period as you return home. Formerly known as Running Mon Sunrise Resort and Marina, Xquisite Catamaran Center is full service and full of amenities. And, we are an official port of entry to the beautiful Bahamas. When you dock your boat at our marina, you may enjoy full use of all our resort amenities including free Wi-Fi in all rooms, showers, pool, bicycles, kayaks water sports, laundry room and fitness room. Need fuel, maintenance or repairs for your vessel while here in Grand Bahama? There is a full-service boatyard conveniently located adjacent to our resort.

This marina does not require a credit card to hold the slip or any type of deposit. As a courtesy please notify the marina if you need to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

What To Expect

Meet your group and snorkeling guide at the dive center. At the dive shop, get fitted for fins, a mask and a snorkel. Climb aboard the comfortable catamaran and find a spot on the deck to relax as the boat sails out of the harbor. Get to know your guides and fellow passengers while the captain pilots the boat toward the small island that is home to Peterson Cay National Park. Upon arrival, don your snorkeling gear and jump in. Your guide is on hand for tips and directions if you're new to snorkeling and to point you in the right direction to see the abundant underwater life. Move languidly through the calm, shallow waters, looking for hard and soft coral, schools of tropical fish and maybe even a shark or two. When you've finished snorkeling, climb back on board the boat and dry off in the Caribbean sun with some refreshing bottled water. Feel free to bring along lunch to enjoy on the way back. Your 3-hour excursion ends with the boat's return to the Wyndham. Please note tour can be purchased by Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Hotel guests only.
