A pedigree collaboration, she features structural restyling by the original naval architect Tripp Design and modernised interiors designed by Milan-based studio Nauta Design.

The rebuild saw the removal of the exterior aft classic cuddy cabin, a feature catering to more intemperate climates, creating a large open social space ideal for outdoor living. G2’s pilothouse appears to float on the deck and provides dramatic sightlines along the length of the yacht. The result is a beautiful contemporary yacht with a silhouette that is instantly recognisable, original and timeless.

The Captain

Captain Jason Geale came to G2 with 14 years’ experience in the yachting industry. Highly qualified and hardworking, he creates an enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining a safe environment. A passionate sailor since the age of 12, Jason has gained national titles and competed at the highest international level in the laser class. He has cruised extensively on superyachts in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific and Asia, his passion being for anything nautical as well as cycling, snowboarding and trekking.

The Experience

G2 offers unforgettable and unique sailing experiences combined with stunning design inside and out, encapsulating the best of a light, simple, clean and balanced design. The new interiors by Nauta Design encourage open plan living by opening up the main salon with various spaces for different social uses, and she’s been completely rewired with new lighting and entertainment systems.

Her interior style enhances the yacht’s modern minimalist design, with natural woods, a relaxing geometry and a calming ambiance that blend seamlessly with the exterior profile. She’s an extremely airy yacht with natural light throughout thanks to a new reinforced glass skylight over the main deckhouse, enlarged hull windows and oversized portholes.

A more spacious feel has been created in the owner’s cabin through the repositioning of a bulkhead further aft, making it the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. G2’s new optimised deck layout, with its spacious centre cockpit and fully reconfigured arrangement of the helm and aft deck, enables a connection between guests and crew while the yacht is underway. On deck, architectural biminis that can be set up and taken down quickly provide shade both at anchor and under sail.

The Cuisine

After a day of spectacular sailing on board G2, guests can relax on deck or in the deckhouse and enjoy delicious cuisine prepared by the on board chef and served in style by the yacht’s crew. Ideal for guests following healthy diets or specialised food plans, including vegan, macrobiotic, gluten-free and dairy-free, the chef can prepare delicious meals to suit any taste and is proficient in cuisines from around the world including Thai and Japanese, Italian and Greek.

G2 can also be stocked with guests’ favourite champagnes, wines and other drinks to ensure they have whatever they need during their voyage. Taking pride in producing the best possible dishes, using the freshest and organic ingredients, the chef is keen to support local farmers and businesses whenever possible.

If guests are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary during their time on board G2, arrangements can be made for a special dinner or lunch to commemorate the occasion, with table arrangements and decks decorated with flowers and other unique surprises. Heesen delivers the 50-metre smart-custom with a hybrid propulsion named Cinderella Noel IV.

Heesen is delighted to announce the delivery of YN 20150 Cinderella Noel IV after intensive tests in the North Sea. The owners christened their yacht on December 23, 2023, in an unforgettable ceremony for all the shipyard’s employees and subcontractors who contributed to the construction of their yacht.

ZUCKER & PARTNER, with their team, advised and guided the owners throughout the many decisions taken during the 41 months of lead time. Collaborating closely with Heesen’s engineers and the Luca Dini Design and Architecture team, the owners have realised their ambition to build the perfect yacht for extended cruising in the Scandinavian archipelago and Norwegian fjords, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort for family and friends.

Stefan Zucker and Sven Stark, the clients‘ surveyors and project managers, comment: “We have hardly experienced such intense involvement of clients ever before, showing so much enthusiasm and enjoyment for the yacht and appreciation for everybody of the build-team and Heesen succeeded perfectly to integrate these enthusiastic owners in the production procedure and milestones.”

Everyone at the shipyard agrees that what makes Cinderella Noel IV an extraordinary yacht is her owners. The client himself is an accomplished yachtsman who also captains the boat and has introduced a wealth of practical and technical ideas from his many years of sailing experience. They have brought so much intention and attention to every detail because they plan to spend a significant part of their lives sailing on their boat. Their deep knowledge and clear understanding of 2 how to operate a yacht presented a golden opportunity for our shipyard to participate in the creation of this one-of-a-kind Heesen.

Cinderella Noel IV is built on our proven engineering platform as a smart custom yacht , so her exceptional performance is no surprise. She exceeded all expectations during three days of sea trials in the North Sea, even in rough weather conditions. The shipyard’s captain Bob van Zundert comments: “The weather worsened during the course of the tests and we ended up with wave heights increasing to 2.6 metres and wind speeds up to around 30 knots. Conditions were perfect to test the handling of Cinderella Noel IV. Her swift responses to helm and throttle commands in rough sea conditions generated a lot of confidence. It is a privilege to have clients on board during the tests, and we enjoyed letting them see what their new yacht is capable of.”

Working on a familiar engineering ground allowed Heesen and the owners’ team to direct their efforts and attention to the fine details. It represented the ideal springboard for these experienced clients, allowing the shipyard to create a dream machine with the best possible balance between quality, customisation, and delivery time.

To minimise the vessel’s environmental impact, the owner has opted for a hybrid propulsion system that embraces the best of 21st-century technology. Heesen’s hybrid system offers incontrovertible advantages over traditional diesel propulsion and will ensure that Cinderella Noel IV is cleaner, quieter, and more efficient than comparable conventional crafts.

The hybrid drivetrain can draw on diesel engines and electric motors for both propulsion and hotel needs. In automotive engineering, such systems emphasize energy saving and reducing emissions, but hybrid propulsion at sea has broader aims. Silent cruising and minimal vibration enormously enhance comfort levels on board and are especially appealing during night passages.

The heart of the hybrid system is the yacht’s twin MTU 8V4000 M63 (IMO Tier III) main engines, each coupled to a water-cooled, 135kW Danfoss electric motor on the same propeller shaft. Thanks to its three cruising modes, this configuration offers versatility of operations, flexible power management, and redundancy.

Welcome to Sandhamn, a classic destination and an international sailing centre in Stockholm archipelago. Around 90 people currently live here all year round.

The island of Sandhamn

The village is full of typical archipelago houses and narrow alleyways, with shops, restaurants, hotels, a coffee shop and a bakery. Sandhamn Hotell & Konferens and Sandhamns Värdshus date right back to the 17th century and are open all year round. Outside the village, there is an old cemetery, where the worn grave crosses still carry the names of sailors from all over the world. The island offers excellent bathing facilities, or if you prefer just sunbathe on a sandy beach or relax on the sun-warmed cliffs.

Café on board Cinderellabåtarna

You can always get something to eat on board Cinderellabåtarna. Our café offers, among other things, a box of salmon and creamy potato salad or sandwiches with either ham and cheese, shrimp, or meatballs.

Everything is bought in the café, and you can sit down either outside or inside. On board, there are also wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options.

What is the accessibility like on this tour?

M/S Cinderella II is well adapted to guests in wheelchairs. There is a wide gangway, no thresholds and one wheelchair accessible toilet on main deck.

Can I bring my pet on board?

Yes, dogs are welcome on board. Please sit outside or at designated area. Not allowed in the cafeteria or restaurant area.

Am I allowed to bring our stroller on board the boat?

Yes, preferably a foldable stroller. Can be taken on board but must be left in the lobby on main deck. A luggage room is available on lower deck.

Can I bring my bike onboard the boat?

It is possible to bring bikes on board if there is space available and for an extra cost that is paid onboard. No electric bicycles/box bikes. The bikes hang over the railing, and we are not responsible for any damage.

Is there a restroom on board the boat?

Yes, available on main deck.

Is there a cafeteria on board the boat?

Is there a restaurant on board the boat.

No. However, hot dishes available in the cafeteria on main deck.

Can I sit outdoors? Are there outdoor seats on board the boat?

Yes, there are plenty of seats outside on the top deck as well as on main deck in the aft of the ship.

The 39m luxury charter sailing yacht CINDERELLA IV was built by the renowned builders Vitters Shipyard in 2009, in collaboration with Jens Cornelsen and interior designer Donald Starkey, to create a 128 feet sloop for long sailing passages to unseen corners of the earth. Sailing performance is at the heart of this design, ensuring dynamic performance through a modern sail plan, a lifting keel, a light interior and a rational approach to weight control in systems design and construction, including a Carbon Hull mast and deck houses along with Carbon Stays and PBO Rigging.

Sailing yacht CINDERELLA IV has a beautiful homely interior, combining warm timbers with attractive rugs, cream upholstered furnishings and wall panelling, which creates an ambience ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Super Yacht CINDERELLA IV has an attractive lower salon with an office area, and a main upper salon with a dining area, benefitting from large windows, a feature of Donald Starkey’s updated styling, to create sheltered areas with panoramic views. The yacht is well equipped with Wifi/Internet and Satellite TV, and all cabins have TV, DVD and CD players and iPod docks.

CINDERELLA IV Specifications

Above decks, she has good deck space forward, and a seating area aft for alfresco dining. In addition, she has two good tenders, a 5.5m Novurania RIB Tender with 115hp o/b Yamaha engine, a 3.8m inflatable tender with 20hp Yamaha o/b engine, a Donut and Water Skis.

Sail yacht G2 measures 39m (127.11 feet) in length, has a beam of 8.40m (27.6 feet) and a draft of 3.80m (12.5 feet). She has 6 crew and cruises comfortably at 10 knots under engine power.

Yacht Accommodation

Luxury yacht CINDERELLA IV is able to accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 equally sized cabins located forwards of the main saloon including 3 doubles and 1 twin/double all with en-suite facilities. The port aft cabin has a steam shower. The port starboard cabin converts into a double or a twin. The two forward cabins can be closed off to form a separate suite. All cabins and bathrooms have opening hatches for fresh air.

Heesen Yachts Delivers 164-foot “Cinderella Noel IV”

Heesen Yachts delivered the newly finished YN 20150 Cinderella Noel IV to its owners on Saturday, April 20, according to a press release from the company. The delivery comes after intensive tests in the North Sea proved successful even during torrential weather.

Yacht consultants Zucker & Partner, with its team, advised and guided the owners throughout the many decisions taken during the 41 months of lead time. The owners collaborated closely with Heesen’s engineers and the Luca Dini Design and Architecture team to realize their ambition of building a yacht for extended cruising in the Scandinavian archipelago and Norwegian fjords.

Cinderella Noel IV proved more than a match for rough weather conditions during its three days of sea trials in the North Sea.

“The weather worsened during the course of the tests and we ended up with wave heights increasing to 2.6 meters and wind speeds up to around 30 knots,” said shipyard captain Bob van Zundert in a press release from Heesen. “Conditions were perfect to test the handling of Cinderella Noel IV. Her swift responses to helm and throttle commands in rough sea conditions generated a lot of confidence. It is a privilege to have clients on board during the tests, and we enjoyed letting them see what their new yacht is capable of.”

Built by Heesen’s engineering platform as a smart custom yacht, the vessel was christened by its owners, shipyard employees and subcontractors last December. The 50-meter, round-bilge steel motoryacht features a hybrid drivetrain that can draw on diesel engines and electric motors for both propulsion and hotel needs. This hybrid system allows for silent cruising and minimal vibration to enhance comfort levels on board.

The Cinderella Noel IV sports twin MTU 8V4000 M63 (IMO Tier III) main engines, each coupled to a water-cooled, 135 kW Danfoss electric motor on the same propeller shaft. Three available cruising modes offer options for flexible power management as well as redundancy.

The yacht’s interior is decorated in a Scandinavian aesthetic with white, greige and taupe soft furnishings with high-gloss Indian rosewood and dark oak soles. Fine-leather panels crafted by Foglizzo Atelier depict antique sea charts of the owners’ favorite cruising areas. Additionally, the yacht has a glass-bottomed pool and large aft cockpit screens for the upper deck and main deck.

The 35.2m/115'6" motor yacht 'Cinderella Noel III' was built by Sunseeker in the United Kingdom at their Poole, Dorset shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Sunseeker and she was delivered to her owner in May 2019. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Sunseeker.

Cinderella Noel III has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 2,640hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots with a range of up to 1,250 nautical miles from her 20,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

Luxury Greece and Turkey sailing yacht ‘Cinderella II’ is a very well designed charter yacht, built by Windship, which provides charter guests with fantastic cruising luxury and a powerful sailing experience. Cinderella is a lovely cruising yacht - ideal for a Greece/Turkey yacht charter - and has all the comforts expected in a large yacht and great accommodation and charter toys and equipment. She has circumnavigated the world and has established herself as a popular favorite with repeat charter guests. Cinderella II is subject to a perpetual maintenance and improvement regime. Over the last couple of years these upgrades have included a full re-paint, an interior fabric refit, as well as an overhauled rig. 90m Lürssen superyacht Phoenix 2 sold

The 90.1-metre Phoenix 2 has been sold with Rupert Nelson of Burgess representing the buyer and joint central agents Burgess and Cecil Wright representing the seller. 

Built in steel and aluminium by Lürssen and designed throughout by Winch Design , Phoenix 2 was delivered in 2010 and refitted in 2019.

Phoenix 2 accommodates up to 14 guests in seven cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite, forward on the main deck, is accessed from the main deck or by using a glass spiral staircase from the owner’s private observation lounge and office on the upper deck. The circular sweep of the windows and their wraparound views is echoed in the black circle in the carpet and the recessed lighting overhead. Spectacular his-and-her bathrooms in contrasting marbles feature a bath and a steam shower, and one of the walk-in wardrobes can be concealed should her new owner wish to operate her commercially. There are three guest double VIPs, two double cabins and a twin-berth cabin, as well as quarters for a crew of 28.

The style is grand Art Deco with a ballroom, a gilt-and-black Steinway grand piano, vast dining table, crystal chandelier and an adjoining wine cellar. Features include a cinema, a winter garden with guest dining in open air or climate control, a beach club and a beauty salon with a Hammam. 

New York and its skyline were the inspiration for Phoenix 2’ s styling, from the Empire State skyscrapers on the bar stools in the skylounge bar, lit by uplighters reminiscent of the torch held by the Statue of Liberty, to the firebird figurehead that looks as if it may have flown in from the Chrysler Building. Everything from the door handles to the cutlery is hand-made, each a work of art in its own right.

The sundeck sports a seven-metre oval pool with skylights filtering natural light into the lobby below. There are two Jacuzzis, one of which is exclusively dedicated to the owner, and two helipads. An elevator takes guests to the lower deck lobby to embark on one of the two 10-metre tenders – one is a limousine and the other a sports boat. A four-metre deep swim platform has large hydraulically operated steps lowering into the water for easy access from the sea.

The Lloyd's Register-classed, 2,667GT yacht has a cruising speed of 14 knots and maximum speed of 18 knots. Under twin 2,670hp MTU engines, the yacht's range is 6,000 nautical miles.

Phoenix 2 was asking €124,950,000 with VAT paid.
