Noble House’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 rooms, including a master suite, 4 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. PRESENTING NOBLE HOUSE

Motor yacht NOBLE HOUSE is available for a Mediterranean yacht charter in the summer or a Bahama yacht charter in the winter and spring. One of the very few superyachts built in New Zealand, a luxury yacht charter motor yacht NOBLE HOUSE affords guests the opportunity to enjoy the highest level of comfort and professional service.

Built by Sensation Yachts, the interiors of mega yacht NOBLE HOUSE have been designed by the renowned Francois Zuretti. The full-beam owner’s cabin is designed for comfort. Complete with a Super King bed, library, study, large walk-in wardrobe and His and Hers ensuite bath, the owner’s cabin is immense.

MASTER STATEROOM

The master stateroom features a large, marbled his and her ensuite with centerpiece double Jacuzzi.  In addition, the ensuite has marble floors, there are marble vanities on either side, double-sized steam shower starboard, and toilet and Bidet to port.

FORMAL DINING SALON

The exquisite formal dining room lies adjacent to the large grand entrance on the main deck. The large 12-seat dining table provides elegant surroundings. Hand-crafted cabinets house all necessary crockery, cutlery, and glassware, and the substantial wine cellar thus ensures dining will certainly be an experience.

The main salon on this Bahama yacht charter boat is for formal, semi-formal, or relaxed use. There is substantial seating within the lounging area, where guests may enjoy relaxing. Moving aft past the lounge resides the baby black grand piano. Adjacent to the piano lays a fully-stocked bar and vast glass aft main doors.

The large sky lounge on this megayacht is a favorite area.  The movie area seats 14 in oversize luxury seats to view the massive 50-inch pop-up plasma screen. As the screen pops up, blinds slowly come down over the huge windows, and lights dim automatically.

A feature S-shaped bar is near the movie area.  It features a faux smashed glass top and marble counter. In addition, leatherbound swivel chairs.

The flybridge deck features a massive 8-person Jacuzzi with half bar, sun loungers, bar, and gym. The gym contains free weights, cycles, Bowflex, and a treadmill for the guests to exercise within air-conditioned luxury.

The VIP suite is a sumptuous-sized cabin with a queen bed and its own lounge. Complimented with a twin-marbled ensuite, one features a Jacuzzi and the other a double-sized marble walk-in shower.

ADDITIONAL GUEST STATEROOMS

In addition to the VIP and Master staterooms, Noble House accommodates a further four guest staterooms. Each room has a large wardrobe space and a generous marble ensuite with Jacuzzi. Three cabins are queens, and one suite is a twin.

Sensation Yachts New Zealand completed the building motor yacht NOBLE HOUSE in 2005. Therefore, she has the distinction of being built country of New Zealand. NOBLE HOUSE had yacht design work completed by Sensation and Jon Overing and Sensation. This superyacht NOBLE HOUSE can sleep overnight a maximum of 12 aboard together with around 12 professional crew. Launched to celebration for 2005 the comparatively recent interior design proffers the design knowledge of owner and Zuretti Interior Design / Mitchell Rubin.

Construction & Designing with respect to Luxury Yacht NOBLE HOUSE

Sensation was the naval architect firm involved in the technical superyacht plans for NOBLE HOUSE. Also the company Sensation and Jon Overing expertly collaborated on this project. Interior designer Zuretti Interior Design / Mitchell Rubin was commissioned for the creative interior styling. New Zealand is the country that Sensation Yachts New Zealand constructed their new build motor yacht in. After the formal launch in 2005 in Auckland the boat was handed over to the happy owner having completed final finishing. A spacious proportion is manifested with a widest beam (width) of 9.75 m / 32 ft. With a 3.38m (11.09ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably deep. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is fashioned out of aluminium. In 2006 further refitting and modernisation was in addition finished.

Main Engines And The Speed The M/Y NOBLE HOUSE :

The 3516B DITA engine installed in the motor yacht is made by CATERPILLAR. Connected to her Caterpillar engine(s) are twin screw propellers. The engine of the yacht generates 2200 horse power (or 1950 kilowatts). She is fitted with 2 engines. The combined output for the yacht is 4400 HP or 3900 KW.

Apportioning cabins for a limit of 12 welcome guests overnighting, the NOBLE HOUSE accommodates everyone in luxury. Normally the vessel uses circa 12 expert crew members to operate.

Sometimes, the genesis of an idea in the conscious takes root over time in the subconscious, waiting to materialize one day or otherwise remaining there forever. In the case of our founders, Doug and Lydia McLaughlin, this phenomenon took hold of them when they set their eyes 10 years ago on what is now the NOBLE HOUSE. Located in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula, at the water’s edge, our west coast headquarters is an idea materialized. With versatility in mind, it has been designed to serve as an office—one can only dream up such an exquisite space to work in—but also an event venue and a showcase. The Noble House is where a nobleman can arrive by motorcycle, car, or boat, unwind, savor his favorite cocktail, and watch the sun as it sets over the Lido Peninsula. Succinctly put, it is a design masterpiece.

The story, now a familiar one, begins with both Doug and Lydia coveting this location for close to a decade, during which it remained unavailable. As chance would eventually have it, a casual stroll around the neighborhood brought them face to face one day with the best revelation of all: the “For Lease” sign could not be removed fast enough as they were quick to grab the spot, no questions asked. That was only the beginning. While the space itself fit their vision perfectly, the interior was, well, very white and bare, dressed with a few ornate wood cabinets, which no doubt spoke of high taste in the late 2000s. Mind you, we are in an entirely different decade.

McConaghy 60 – NOBLE HOUSE

Aeroyacht and our partners at McConaghy Boats recently delivered NOBLE HOUSE. She is a McConaghy 60 catamaran which will be enjoyed by an experienced sailing couple at the home port in Florida. NOBLE HOUSE has been ploughing the warm Floridian waters at double digit speeds and is being optimized for shorthanded cruising.

Unique features of the McConaghy range of catamarans include: lifting high-aspect ratio centerboards that automatically retract on impact, the largest all glass salon sliding doors in the industry and huge opening side windows. Instead of a separate cockpit the McConaghy invites the outside in. Steering is done from the Grand-Prix style flybridge, all push button of course.

Rafael faced Osvaldo “Queixinho” twice and submitted him both times with chokes from the back
