DRINK OPTION

• Preferred alcoholic beverages can be ordered in advance. Before departure, we provide clients with a Proforma invoice with a total cost for drinks. After approval from a client, we pre-purchase the drinks and deliver them onboard.

Non-Mandatory Extras:

Private marinas:.

• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 300 and up to 500 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

Additional Motorized Water Sports:

• Maya has water skiing, wakeboard, and Ringo ride which is charged for the fuel used according to clients usage.

Other Options on request:

• Airport transfers, diving schools recommendations, guided land tours, restaurant bookings, bike rentals, hotel recommendations, spa recommendations, ...

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

How does charter Agreement work ?

Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options

We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.

The spacious rear deck offers cushioned seating and a tastefully designed dining area. Here, you can enjoy delightful meals at anchorage and relax while cruising along the beautiful Turkish coastline. The softly designed interior of the yacht is a perfect retreat from the sun. Easy access to the cabins is provided through the corridors.

Towards the front of the yacht, you'll find a sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds and shade awnings. During the day, you can enjoy the friendly sun while your Captain steers you along the beautiful secluded and sheltered bays of the Turquoise coast. At night, it becomes the best place for stargazing silently at anchorage.

Apart from swimming in crystal clear waters, there are available water toys such as a canoe, windsurfing board, wakeboard, fishing tackles, and snorkeling gear for your onboard entertainment.

The spacious rear deck offers spacious cushioned seating and a tastefully designed dining area, where you will have delightful meals at anchorage and relax while cruising along the beautiful Turkish coastline. The softly designed homy interior of the yacht will be one of the places to run away from the sun. The corridor towards the cabins provides easy access in and out. Towards the front of the yacht, you will find a sunbathing area equipped with sun beddings and shade awnings. Our 4-cabin deluxe gulet, whose construction was completed in 2022 and launched on the water, departs from Göcek port and serves you, blue cruise lovers, in Göcek bays. Fethiye Göcek region, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world with its magnificent bays and fascinating untouched nature, has become a popular region in recent years. Maya gulet in the luxury Gulet class has 4 cabins in total, including 1 double cabin, 2 master cabins and 1 twin cabin. Each cabin has its own WC-bathroom. There is a separate bed for a third person in the forward and aft Master cabins. Therefore, its maximum capacity is 10 people. Weekly rental is mandatory on our boat. You can rent a minimum of 3 nights or more during the low season months of May and October. Check-in to our boat is at 14:30 on Saturday and check-out is at 09:30 on the next Saturday morning. The full length is 26 meters and the width is 7 meters. There are 4 personnel on our boat, including 1 captain, 1 cook and 2 sailors. Our Maya gulet has equipment such as air conditioning, wifi, TV in every room, paddleboard, canoe, water toys, generator, water ski, snorkel, ice machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and every detail has been considered for your blue cruise boat holiday. Before the boat holiday, our boat cook contacts you and plans your shopping list together. If you wish, you can provide your own food supplies or our boat team can provide them on your behalf.

Luxury gulet Maya   is a beautiful modern classic yacht based in Turkey and available for luxury yacht charters on Greek islands or Turkish coast. This yacht is 29 m long and 6,30 m large is providing Blue Cruise services to our dear guests with its 3 crew members.

She offer very spacious luxury accommodation for 6 guests.  On board 1 Master Cabin with queen-size berth and 2 Guest Cabins with queen-size berths. All cabins are also equipped with individual en-suite facilities. Each cabin is full air conditioned.

Gulet Maya yacht is built to make our guests live the comfort, the luxury and the serenity at the same time. She can reach a speed up to 10 nautical mile and is ideal also for sailing cruises.

Maya Gulet, fully furnished with kitchen, indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing, and an American bar. LCD TV, a DVD player and a stereo music player are also available for our dear guests in the living room. Not to forget the dedicated service of four professional crew.

Gulet Maya is availble for charters on Greek islands and Turkey.  Her base port is Bodrum but she can also board in any Aegean port. Sailing with your gulet in Greece involves extra costs for transit log and port expenses.

Weekly charter can include  luxury full board menu organized according your preference list. Luxury menu cost is 50€ per day. Children menu price from age 02-14 is -50%. Bar on board can be organized according to your wishes. You may also organise and purchase your own catering.

Maya Plisetskaya Monument opened in Moscow

“Maya Mikhailovna was an amazing phenomenon in world culture. This is a woman who glorified the Russian ballet to the world. Plisetskaya is for us the epitome of femininity and talent. I think that the monument will attract not only to lovers of ballet, but also all those who cherish today Russian culture”, – said Olga Golodets.

Rodion Shchedrin expressed gratitude to the Government of Russia and the Moscow authorities for their help and support in the creation of the memorial. And square, where the monument appeared, also received the name of Maya Plisetskaya.

Maya Plisetskaya (1925-2015) – a ballerina, People’s Artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor, winner of the Lenin Prize, the winner of awards “Triumph” and “Russian National Olympus”, full “For Merit” Commander of the Order. Besides, among her awards are orders from many countries.

Monument to late ballerina Maya Plisetskaya erected in Moscow

A monument to Maya Plisetskaya as Carmen by sculptor Viktor Mitroshin in a public garden in Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street.

A monument to Maya Plisetskaya has been unveiled on Moscow’s Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street, not far from the Bolshoi Theater, on the day the great Russian ballerina would have turned 91.

The sculpture by Viktor Mitroshin, officially unveiled on Nov. 20, depicts Plisetskaya in one of her best-known parts, Carmen. It was with her appearance in that part on the international stage that Plisetskaya’s friendship with fashion designer Pierre Cardin began: “I saw her in Carmen and fell in love at first sight,” said Cardin.

Plisetskaya got to know Mitroshin during an exhibition of his sculptures in Paris. They became friends and the sculptor was preparing a Plisetskaya-Carmen statuette as a present for her 90th birthday last year.

The monument was unveiled by her husband, the composer Rodion Shchedrin, who was behind the idea to erect it, as well as Mariinsky Theater head Valery Gergiev and many others.

In his address, Shchedrin said he hoped that the little park near the monument to Plisetskaya would become a favorite meeting place for loving couples and there would be lilac bushes growing around it.
