This front row 4 bedroom Villa is one of the best spots to relax and enjoy all Hamilton Island has to offer.

Villa 20 is in the front row towards the end of the complex, offering complete privacy and magnificent north-west facing ocean views! Every bedroom has it's own ensuite and balcony. There is air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms to make sure your room is as comfortable as possible.

The Yacht Club Villa's are considered to be the family friendly version of Hamilton Island's famous qualia resort.

The villa's were designed by award wining architect, Walter Barda to take in the natural surroundings; the use of nautical hardwoods and high ceilings make the Yacht Club Villas feel like a luxury vessel; the balcony from the lounge room is almost over hanging the water.

Villa 23 enjoys unsurpassed views of the Hamilton Island Marina and Whitsunday waters. You could simply spend your days admiring the sensational view from one of the villa's two balconies, and your evenings enjoying the twinkling lights of the Hamilton Island Marina.

Australian Design.

Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. The open plan living area has also been tastefully furnished with signature pieces.

Arrival Service.

As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Upon arrival to your Villa you will also receive a complimentary  welcome hamper.

High-end interiors.

Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.

This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool. .

There are four bedrooms in Villa 23. The upper level features a stunning master bedroom with private balcony and large ensuite. Just down from the living area is a second bedroom and there are two further bedrooms on the lower level. Each of these has its own bathroom, and leads out to a beautiful and secluded garden terrace.

If the mere thought of prepping, planning and packing all the things your baby might possibly need while you’re away makes your head hurt, Hamilton Island has just the thing to help you travel light.
