Ibiza is one of t he balearic islands, which is not only known for the lively nightlife in Ibiza town, but it’s also home for hippies, beautiful villages, many small & quite beaches with turquoise water.

We are offering a few routes for a daily charter, these routes you can select with our captain individual.  

Tagomago, for example is a private island you can only access wit a boat.

The etymology is likely from tagomago meaning "rock Mago" in reference to Mago Barca, a brother of the Carthaginian general Hannibal.

People love to make pictures with the landscape of Tago Mago.

Another interesting and very popular spot where our captain can take you is Es Vedrà.

Es Vedrà is shrouded in myths and legend, the most popular of which is that it is in fact the third most magnetic spot on earth (after the north pole and the Bermuda Triangle).

The island is 20 km long and only 2 km wide at its smallest expanse.  

With its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, Formentera is beach lover’s paradise. The climate is typically Mediterranean which means it’s a popular tourist destination between June and September, though less busy and more relaxed than neighboring Ibiza.

It takes around 30 minutes our captain to take you there.

Most popular destination from our guests is Formentera and usually they spent a few hours there with exploring the island, going to a restaurant, swimming and snorkeling.

Ibiza Yachting has its own moorings in the Marina Santa Eulalia which are available for of short- and long- term rentals.

Additionally, we offer our clients assistance for berth bookings for their boats in the different ports of Ibiza and Formentera, but as well in other locations like Mallorca or the mainland Spain.

Sailing boat charter Santa Eulalia

We are pleased to present this great boat, a beautiful Dufour 38 Classic,12 meter long for sailing boat charter in Santa Eulalia, a picturesque and very family-oriented village located in the east of the island of Ibiza.

The port of Santa Eulalia has an ideal location, especially if you want to take a saling trip to Formentera. In about two hours of pleasant sailing you will sail all the distance between the port of Santa Eulalia and the North of Formentera, the famous beach of Illetas and the islet of Espalmador, where we will anchor off the beautiful beaches of white sand and crystal clear waters.

Our Dufour 38 Classic, based in the port of Santa Eulalia, can host 8 guests during the day, or six people if you are willing to spend the night on board. With 3 spacious double cabins, two bathrooms and a spacious cockpit.

This sailing boat for rent in Santa Eulalia is offered both for day trips in Ibiza and Formentera, and full weeks. Toni is our skipper, a very experienced sailor that will make you enjoy the wonderful experience of spending an amazing day on his sailboat. The berth at the port of Santa Eulalia is included in the price and can be used free of charge whenever you want.

This is a very comfortable boat, with a layout designed to make the most of every inch.

The boat is also very equipped in terms of electronics and instruments that will make your sailing experience even safer.

The living room leads directly to the two stern cabins and the bow cabin. Our Dufour 38 Classic has three double cabins with two bathrooms, so we can accommodate six people to spend the night in the case of weekly or weekend boat charters.

The galley on this sailboat is as complete as your own at home. Equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, stove, kitchen utensils, sink and plenty of room for storage.

Day charter and week chater fees, Dufour 38 Classic

All daily rental fees include VAT and all taxes, skipper, cleaning fee, berth, dinghy and fuel.

Hi we are looking to bareboat charter from Saint Eulalia as my husband and father have the required RYA qualifications. Would you consider this for one week from Saturday 27th May 2017. We are experienced and have completed seven separate week long charters in the Med. There are four of us wishing to sleep on board and return to the berth at Saint Eulalia each night. If this isn’t possible could you recommend an alternative or advise how long it would take to charter in San Antonio and sail to Saint Eulalia. Kind Regards Amanda

Resort guide for Santa Eulalia, Ibiza

The third largest town on the island attracts holidaymakers with its broad beaches, a palm fringed promenade, a fantastic choice of restaurants and great shopping.

Santa Eulalia (Santa Eulària in Catalan) is the third largest town of Ibiza , popular with island residents, but also a much sought after resort by those desiring a quieter holiday , with many attractions for the more discerning visitor.

Promenades and beaches

The seafront promenade is the most prominent feature of the town, it spans the length of the wide, smoke-free beach , adorned with palm trees, miniature gardens and a large fountain . Facing the sea, walk along to the right to the Santa Eulalia Bay beach, where the only river in the Balearics runs into the sea.

A pretty, peaceful river-walk meanders up to a beautiful old stone bridge from the 18th century . Midway, a footbridge spanning the river gives onto another pretty paved walkway leading to the little beach of Calo de S'Alga at the neighbourhood of Siesta with its small-village atmosphere .

Restaurants and bars

There are two main streets in which you're bound to see lots of people. The tree-lined Calle San Jaime is the main street and is the daytime meeting place for the coffee and conversation cliques who meet at the tables of the cafes and restaurants to watch the world go by.

Backing onto San Jaime is Calle San Vicente, also known as " Restaurant Street ". Closed to traffic in the early evening, it is transformed into the living, breathing picture of an ideal Mediterranean scene . Chairs and tables, laughing flaneurs and diners, light, music and musicians appear, giving this picturesque street an  vibrant and warm atmosphere .

Shopping and markets

In the centre of the town a little rambla leads from the town hall to the sea, bright with flowering oleanders and hibiscus and colourful with the crafts of street vendors and exhibits of instant portrait painters, ending at the promenade, the fine white beach and the blue Mediterranean beyond.

Santa Eulalia also is a shopping paradise ; there are many small fashion boutiques, shoe shops with a wide selection, sportswear and lovely places with household and decorative items - and you are able to find real bargains here, prices are much lower than in the capital Ibiza Town.

The largest and most famous hippie markets of the island, Las Dalias near the village San Carlos and the Es Canar True Hippie Market  in the nearby resort of Es Caná, are also only a short taxi ride away.

Along the promenade, you pass a colourful array of restaurants and cafés , from the cheap 'n cheerful to international exclusive. To the left at the end on the promontory small ferries ply to nearby beaches, the hippy market in Es Caná, Ibiza Town and for day trips to our sister island of Formentera - or why not charter a boat yourself?

Just around from there is the impressive yacht marina , which has made Santa Eulalia one of the focal points of the Mediterranean wetset . This stylish area has become a favourite for dining, shopping, entertainment and the laid back nightlife of the resort.

There is a wide choice of activities available, from water sports on the beaches of Santa Eulalia and its neighbouring bays to some interesting excursions that explore the resort's beautiful surroundings , either on land or on water.

Santa Eulalia is the hub of a fascinating colony of talented people, many of them world famous . Local & countryside galleries and shops have the privilege of selling works by artists who exhibit in the world's capitals .

Nightlife in Santa Eulalia is more laid-back than in Ibiza Town or in the clubbing resorts Playa d'en Bossa and San Antonio. People go out for a nice meal , then stroll along the lovely promenade and maybe enjoy a drink in a bar   after .

There are some bars which offer live music and stay open until late, but normally people venture to the super-clubs around Ibiza Town for a night out. The only party venue near Santa Eulalia is Las Dalias on the way to San Carlos - here you find some interesting events, which are also very popular with the locals.

Out and about

The fascinating 16th century architecture of the church at the summit of the Puig de Missa (Hill of the Mass), is beautifully lit at night.

From this hilltop you get fantastic views over the municipality of Santa Eulalia which includes Santa Gertrudis, the greater part of Jesús, Es Caná, San Carlos and the beautiful bay of Cala Llonga.

Across the narrow bridge and first left is the 'pretty' route to Ibiza Town , passing the suburb of Siesta, the small resort of Cala Llonga , the Ibiza Golf Club and the village of Jesús.

Staying in and near Santa Eulalia

Santa Eulalia is a popular choice for families and couples. There is a great choice of hotels , from quaint little places to elegant four and five star hotels.

If you prefer to cater for yourself , there are also apartments for all budgets. A great alternative is renting you own private villa ; you too can live the dream! There is a fantastic choice of holiday villas near Santa Eulalia , catering for all group sizes and budgets.

A Marina with a taste of sea

With capacity for  763 boats , it is the Marina with the greatest number of moorings acress the island of Ibiza , giving shelter to both the traditional llaüts of local seamen and large yachts that visit us every season seeking a quiet and discreet place to relax and enjoy the beauty of  Santa Eulalia del Río .

At the main entrance of the Port are the headquarters of the  Santa Eulalia del Río Yacht Club , which carries out throughout the year an important role in promoting nautical activities, to be noted, as well as regattas and major events (organizer of the World Class Tornado Sailing Championship in 2013), the delivery of different sailing courses.

One of the main attractions of the Port is its shopping area, which features a variety of services. With nearly 20 restaurants, with cuisine ranging from Ibiza and Mediterranean cuisine to the best grilled meats, from Italian and Asian restaurants, to German and British cuisine.

The sunsets invite you to enjoy a drink at one of the bars and when the night progresses, there is also a wide variety of music on offer.

TAGO MAGO ISLAND

Tago-Mago is a private island located about 25 minutes Jet-Ski ride away from our location in the Marina of Santa Eulalia. We visit this island on practically all our 1 and 2 hour tours. If the sea conditions allow it, we usually also make a stop for a quick swim and to visit a beautiful cave that not many people know!

Cala Boix is a precious virgin bay close to the final strech before crossing over to Tago-Mago island. At this bay the only thing you will find is a small beach bar. Depending on the sea conditions, we usually visit or pass by this bay on all our tours.

CALA SAN VICENTE

One of the most known bays on the east side of the island of Ibiza. We only visit this bay on our 2 hour Dolphin Tours as it takes about 40 minutes to get to from our location in Marina Santa Eulalia. We usually find Dolphins in this area as the fishermen throw away the fish they dont want on the way back to Cala San Vicente.

PUNTA GROSSA

Punta Grossa is one of the most beautiful places on the east side of the island of Ibiza. It’s an area full of small islands and cliffs with a beautiful light house on the rocks. It’s only possible to get to Punta Grossa by sea and we only visit this location on our 2 hour tour. We usually make a small stop here to have a quick swim during our Dolphin Tour.

Cala Nova is a beautiful bay with amazing turquoise cristal clear water located right next to “Es Canar”. At this bay there are various well known beach clubs such as “Atzaro Beach”, “Aiyanna”, etc.. At this bay you can also find the famous “Etxeko” Restaurant from the Michelin star chef Martín  Berasategui located at the 5 star “Bless Hotel”.

SON DEN SERRA

Son d’en Serra is located approximately 12 minutes Jet-Ski ride from our location in Marina Santa Eulalia. This is a beautiful unspoilt turquoise cristal clear bay surrounded by stunning cliffs. At this bay you will find the popular “Amante Beach club”. We usually visit this bay on all our tours.
