C is a 54.6m Baglietto superyacht that boasts a high-volume interior, versatile spaces for different age groups, and a fantastic onboard lifestyle. This full-custom masterpiece demands attention in all the right ways. C can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across seven suites with incredible flexibility. Luxury yacht 'C' is a 54.20 m (177' 10") Baglietto tri-deck motor yacht built in 2021 and boasting amazing charter features which include a premium Beach club, glass deck jacuzzi and much more. EXTERIOR When it comes to exterior spaces, superyacht C is amazing and offers a huge choice of al fresco entertainment space. Forward is a unique circular lounge area with seating inside the circle and sun pads on the outer circle, while aft is the superb rectangular swimming pool surrounded by sun pads. The amidships zone is covered by the hard roof and is configured with a vast bar area and an L-shaped sofa on each side.

The upper deck aft is dedicated to al fresco dining with two convertible dining tables offering multiple dining arrangements either under the sun deck overhang or the open area aft. For pre or post dinner drinks there are two more L-shaped sofas. Forward on this level is a cosy lounge area with sofa and sun pads.

The main deck aft offers more dining spaces and another glass pool with double aft facing sun pads on each side. Steps lead down to the water’s edge swim platform and beach club. There are fold out balconies on three sides and heaps of cool furniture.

INTERIOR The main saloon is carefully designed to accommodate modern family life. The sophisticated lounge radiates a contemporary and formal ambience and features floor-to-ceiling windows and retracting glass doors that reveal a balcony to one side. The beautifully crafted dining table, constructed from walnut and marble, offers a luxurious dining setting with seating for 12. On the upper deck, guests will find another glamorous lounge space with a games table and a projector for movie nights. The main lobby is amidships with an elevator which services from the lower deck up to the bridge deck.

'C' Specifications

The lower deck aft is home to the spectacular beach club which opens on three sides to create a cool water’s edge oasis. There is a lounge and bar, plus fitness and wellness centre including a gym, hammam and massage space. Forward on the main deck are four of the six staterooms with the other two on the lower deck, while forward on the upper deck is the bridge and captain’s accommodation.

C Yacht is an incredible Superyacht from Baglietto and was launched by the Italian shipyard in 2021.

She was commissioned by an anonymous owner who wanted a custom-built yacht to accommodate a large family onboard.

Hot Lab contributed to the interior designs of the yacht, and Horacio Bozzo Design penned her exterior designs.

The fantastic boat is a head-turner for its style and supreme comfort levels on board.

Hot Lab designed the interior of the C Yacht. The award-winning design studio is based in Milan, Italy. The vessel has accommodations for 17 guests in 7 cabins.

The configuration of the accommodations is two master suites, two VIPs on the main deck, two double cabins with Pullmans, and a children’s cabin on the lower level.

The accommodation on the lower deck for 13 crew members ensures that the yacht offers a luxurious experience for its guests.

The galley is also on the lower deck to ensure guests are undisturbed by the movement of staff onboard.

The yacht’s interior features a higher-than-standard headroom, which allows there to be greater volume for design flare compared to other vessels of her size.

The yacht features a modern and cozy interior with many colored woods, leather accents, brass, and lacquered panels. The addition of calming blues and green hues mirrors the “shimmering sea.”

A beach club on the lower levels opens up on three sides, allowing for maximum airflow and light. The area is packed with amenities such as a fully equipped gym, massage room, and a hammam.

The yacht was commissioned by an experienced owner who wanted a perfect vessel for hosting a large family on board.

The four decks of the superyacht are ideal for catering to an outdoor experience on the water, with plenty of seating and lounging areas under the sun to soak up the rays.

A pool and a jacuzzi with alfresco dining areas make the yacht an incredible experience for those on board. 

C yacht exterior

The exterior of the C Yacht was designed by Horacio Bozzo Design, an Italian boat builder based in Viareggio. She was built by Baglietto, who also penned the naval architecture for the superyacht.

She features an aluminum hull and superstructure and teak decks. C is the third-largest vessel built by Baglietto. She features a semi-displacement hull which offers excellent seakeeping.

The amazing custom commission yacht was delivered in 2020 from Baglietto’s La Spezia shipyard and refitted in 2021.

C Yacht is a 54.6m yacht with a 10.4m beam and a 2.6m draft. The vessel has a top speed of 16 knots thanks to her Caterpillar engine and a cruising speed of 12 knots, giving her a cruising range of 4500 nautical miles.

The yacht has a displacement of 902 gross tons. C features anchor stabilizers which ensure that guests experience exceptional comfort levels while onboard.

She has a Lloyds register classification and an annual running cost of $5.5 million.

The prestigious Dutch brand C-Yacht has launched a new 36-footer, but does the centre cockpit format work on smaller yachts? Chris Beeson finds out

I’m not sure the centre cockpit idea works below 40ft LOA – the compromises in headroom are too severe and a decent-sized saloon means the forward cabin is more like a padded cell. However, for the shorter sailing couple, she’s a capable cruiser, superbly built, easy to handle, enjoyable at the helm, seems to perform very respectably and is a cinch to maintain. She won’t win many beauty contests but if you prefer sailing rather than looking at boats, where’s the problem?

Mike lynch died in sicily yacht sinking, now his widow could be liable for $4b because of hewlett packard claim.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE that that they intend to "follow the proceedings through to their conclusion"

Hewlett Packard Enterprises is not dropping fraud claims against British tech mogul Mike Lynch , who died last month after a luxury yacht sank off the coast of Sicily — and will continue to pursue damages of up to $4 billion from his estate.

In 2022, Britain’s High Court ruled that the information technology company “had substantially succeeded in its civil fraud claims,” according to a statement from the company that was obtained by PEOPLE.

The claims were made against Lynch and Sushovan Hussain, the former chief financial officer of Autonomy, a business software company Lynch founded, which was sold to Hewlett Packard in 2011 for $11 billion.

A damages hearing was held in Feb. 2024 — months before Lynch was acquitted in a separate U.S. trial related to the sale — and HPE said in its statement that the "judge's decision regarding damages" due to the company is expected to be issued "in due course."

“It is HPE’s intention to follow the proceedings through to their conclusion," the statement continued.

Angela Bacares, Lynch's widow — who was rescued after the sinking, which also resulted in the death of the couple's 18-year-old daughter Hannah — could be liable for the damages, per the Associated Press .

A spokesperson for Lynch's family had no comment when contacted by PEOPLE on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

In 2015, HPE sued Lynch and Sushovan, who both denied wrongdoing, seeking $6.5 billion in damages, according to The New York Times .

Although it remains to be seen how much HPE will be awarded in damages, Judge Robert Hildyard previously said he expected the amount will be "substantially" less than what the company sought, according to the Times and the AP.

The newspaper reported that Lynch planned to appeal.

A source close to the survivors previously told PEOPLE that the yacht had traveled from the Aeolian Islands to celebrate Lynch's recent acquittal , the end of a legal saga that began in 2018, when he was indicted on several counts of securities fraud and conspiracy.

“That's why he took his closest friends and colleagues on the trip,” the source added.

Lynch and his daughter were among the seven victims who died after the luxury yacht Bayesian sank off the coast of Sicily on Monday, Aug. 19.

Other victims were identified as New York City-based lawyer Christopher Morvillo , who helped Lynch get acquitted, and his wife Neda, as well as Morgan Stanley International chairman Jonathan Bloomer and his wife. Yacht chef Recaldo Thomas also died.

Man killed in Old Saybrook boat crash identified as search continues for 2 missing men

One person was found dead and two men were missing after a boat they were on hit a jetty Monday night in Old Saybrook, authorities said.

The body of Christopher Hallahan, 34, of Westbrook, was recovered. Six people were transported to a local hospital, including the boat operator, who was in critical condition, officials said.

A search for the two missing men was suspended Tuesday night, but resumed Wednesday morning.

The boat, with nine people on board, had "significant damage" after it hit a jetty at the mouth of the Connecticut River, according to a statement from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

The boat was returning from Block Island, officials said.

Various agencies responded to the boating accident around 9:15 p.m. Monday. A single motorboat was found floating, half-submerged, near the Harbor One Marina in Old Saybrook, state environmental officials said.

Weather conditions Monday night do not appear to be a factor in the accident, said Capt. Keith Williams with Connecticut Environmental Conservation Police.

Accident near site of 2023 Labor Day crash

The crash happened near where another boat crashed on Labor Day 2023, sending four people to a hospital. Speaking at a briefing Tuesday, Williams of the DEEP police force pushed back at the suggestion that the spot is particularly hazardous.

“The jetties are well marked,” he said.

Williams said crews hoped to recover the damaged boat as well as the remains of the missing boaters Tuesday.

The man who was found dead on board the vessel was not wearing a life jacket, he said.

A dive team was on the scene Monday night, as well as boats, personnel and ambulances from surrounding towns, the North Madison Volunteer Fire Company said on social media. The U.S. Coast Guard was also assisting.

Authorities said they were working to get in touch with any witnesses or video of the accident.

Old Saybrook is about 30 miles east of New Haven.
