Throughout the 1970s, their models, including the Valkkruiser, Comfort, Royal, Falcon and Super Falcon, became synonymous with exceptional quality. Consistent enhancements in quality solidified Van der Valk’s reputation among the esteemed Dutch shipyards.

In the mid-1980s, they introduced the Vitesse series, comprising steel and aluminum semi-displacement motor yachts tailored for the high-end market.

The late 1990s saw the emergence of the elegant Continental I series, a hallmark product of Van der Valk. It garnered the admiration of countless owners worldwide and marked the company’s foray into the superyacht sector, characterized by increased length and elevated quality. Collaborations with Guido de Groot played a pivotal role in these upgrades and extensions.

Van der Valk’s commitment to innovation was exemplified in 2013 with the launch of the 37-meter Santa Maria T, the world’s first motor yacht featuring a two-axis fin antiroll damping system. They were also early adopters of the revolutionary Volvo Penta IPS propulsion, crafting special hulls and new models to harness its potential.

These are truly some of the finest yachts built and it's rare to find a yacht like this especially in this size range located in US waters.  GyrFalcon has seen just two owners since she was launched in 2016 after being ordered and custom designed in 2013.  Her current owners purchased her in 2019 and took her back to the Van der Valk yard for some serious upgrades.  She was outfitted with new zero speed fin stabilizers, a revamped flybridge configuration thats the best place aboard to host a party or event with friends thanks to the custom bar and single level layout. The large main deck aft features a large seating area and several seats with beautiful views all around, as well as a substantial dining area. Van der Valk shipyard is a Dutch ship builder that specializes in building 18 to 45 meter innovative and efficient semi-custom yachts. The in-house team is responsible for building, outfitting and finishing first-class aluminum hulls on site in Waalwijk, in the southern province of North Brabant just an hour away from Amsterdam. The shipyard consists of an office and five state-of-the-art production halls. The yard offers their semi-custom series of motor yachts, with the layout, interior and style of yacht offered as “custom-built” according to clients special needs and wishes.

Van der Valk yachts builds a series of 5 different models of yachts between 65 feet to 132 feet. The shipyard builds a wide range of semi-custom and custom steel and aluminum hulled yachts. The most recent addition to the Van de Valk line up is the Beachclub model with delivery available within 12 months.

RECENT PROJECT - WEEKENDER

Van der Valk has received an exciting commission to build a distinctive 52-foot weekender on behalf of Dutch company Waterdream. The California is a bespoke motoryacht with a radical yet at the same time timeless design from the boards of Vripack. Unlike the vast majority of dayboats, the California will be built in aluminum, offering a versatile range of layout options as well as enhanced safety and comfort.

The Raised Pilothouse is suitable for the Volvo Penta IPS system, a joystick-operated pod-type boat drive system with counter-rotating forward-facing propellers. You can also easily opt for a conventional shaft-driven propulsion system.

The 26m/85'4" motor yacht 'O Noso Uno' (ex. The Next Episode) was built by Van der Valk in the Netherlands at their Waalwijk shipyard. Her interior is styled by Dutch designer design house Guido de Groot Design and she was delivered to her owner in May 2014. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Guido de Groot Design and she was last refitted in 2019.

Guest Accommodation

O Noso Uno has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising one VIP cabin. The supremely spacious full beam master suite incorporates its own study. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Her features include wheelchair accessibility and air conditioning.

Range & Performance

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by 3 x diesel Volvo Penta (IPS-900) 6-cylinder 900hp engines running at 2300rpm, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots. Her low draft of 1.65m/5'5" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 2,500 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.
