After your cocktail hour, your friends and family will be escorted upstairs to our Grand Ballroom. Our recent upgrades have made the ballroom light and airy and allowed for more breathtaking views. Guests are sure to be stunned by the Italian crystal chandeliers, coffered ceilings, and our circular dance floor! Not to mention our new and improved bar that allows guests to mingle with ease without any crowding.

The essence of what makes a Clarks Landing Wedding so special is in the details. Directly above our sprawling dance floor is our state-of-art speaker system allowing the music to completely encompass the dance floor and not the surrounding guest seating. The circular design of the dance floor assures an all-inclusive feeling. Cocktail service is offered tableside or can be requested from our full-service premium open bar, if you desire. After experiencing our professional service staff and incomparable food selection, guests will leave your wedding reception feeling like they were on a cruise or in a five-star restaurant.

Mallard Island Yacht Club Rates

Overnight and 5 hour rental packages, plan your perfect wedding, two rental options to suit your needs.

Mallard Island Yacht Club has a site fee to reserve the estate and a separate fee from the exclusive caterer for all food and beverage.  For the site fee you have two options to reserve the estate, renting the entire estate or renting the estate for a five-hour event plus the onsite ceremony in the Boathouse Chapel. The site fee includes use of the estate, the tables and chairs that are in the Ballroom for your reception, and the chapel if you wish to have your ceremony on property.

Having been positioned on the Green Egg Harbor Bay since 1901, the Ocean City Yacht Club boasts both rich history and picturesque views. The quaint blue building with white trimming already establishes a coastal vibe at first glance. Hold your ceremony right above the water with the view of the entire bay surrounding you, and let your guests mingle on the waterfront deck before the big celebration! Inside the club, a spacious dining room with hardwood floors awaits. With panoramic bay view windows, fantastic coastal cuisine, and enough room for a party of a lifetime, a festive and memorable reception is guaranteed. Surrounded by your friends, family, and the romantic sunset, you will start a lifetime of happiness the right way at the Ocean City Yacht Club!

Service options, venue notes.

The rental fee is $1500 for the reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for an indoor or outdoor ceremony is $500 with an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required. Saturday receptions during the months of May, June, September and October, also including the Sunday’s of Memorial and Labor Day weekends, require an attendance of at least 150 guests. If attendance is less than 150, a service charge of $20.00 will be applied for each person less than 150. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.

Overlooking our private marina, the Great Lawn is designed for hosting large groups of up to 1,000 people—a lush setting that’s a natural location for outdoor wedding receptions following a ceremony on the Cottage Lawn.
