The oysterflex bracelet, highly resistant and durable.
The Yacht-Master’s new Oysterflex bracelet, developed by Rolex and patented, offers a sporty alternative to metal bracelets. The bracelet attaches to the watch case and the Oysterlock safety clasp by a flexible titanium and nickel alloy metal blade.
The blade is overmoulded with high-performance black elastomer which is particularly resistant to environmental effects, very durable and perfectly inert for the wearer of the watch. For enhanced comfort, the inside of the Oysterflex bracelet is equipped with a patented longitudinal cushion system that stabilizes the watch on the wrist and fitted with an 18 ct white gold Oysterlock safety clasp. It also features the Rolex Glidelock extension system, designed by the brand and patented. This inventive toothed mechanism, integrated beneath the clasp, allows fine adjustment of the bracelet length by some 15 mm in increments of approximately 2.5 mm, without the use of tools.

The Yacht-Master’s bidirectional rotatable 60-minute graduated bezel is made entirely from precious metals or fitted with a Cerachrom insert in high-tech ceramic. The raised polished numerals and graduations stand out clearly against a matt, sand-blasted background.
This functional bezel – which allows the wearer to calculate, for example, the sailing time between two buoys – is also a key component in the model’s distinctive visual identity.

Like all Rolex Professional watches, the Yacht-Master 42 offers exceptional legibility in all circumstances, and especially in the dark, thanks to its Chromalight display.

The Rolex Yacht-Master Reference 116681 is very similar to other references in the Rolex family, however it offers a slightly different look. Made of 904L stainless steel, this unique reference features a striking Everose Rolesor bracelet. This bracelet is made of matching stainless steel with a contrasting strip of Everose gold right down the middle. This gives the watch a very unique look when compared with other model watches.
Similarly, this reference features a Rolex Ring Command bezel which offers bidirectional 90° rotatable interaction with the movement. It is comprised of a striking and highly visible blue Cerachrom insert with numerals coated in 18k gold. The white dial looks complicated, but is actually simple to use. It features a programmable countdown with mechanical memory and on-the-fly synchronization as well as gold markers and center hour and minute hands. There is even a small seconds hand at 6 o'clock. Like several other new Rolex models, this reference utilizes the caliber 4161 movement. This controls the programmable countdown and offers stop-seconds for precise time setting. With its unique combination of stainless steel and Everose gold, this watch offers an extra level of luxury and functionality one would expect on a Yacht.

Reuters: Tuapse refinery hit by drone resumes work after 3 months of repairs
Rosneft's Tuapse oil refinery has resumed processing after sustaining damage from a drone strike in January, Reuters reported on May 6, citing industry sources.
A fire broke out at the Tuapse facility on Jan. 25 following reports of a drone attack. Multiple strikes on oil depots in Russia, including in Bryansk , Oryol , and Leningrad oblasts, were reported in January, amid increasing claims of drone attacks in Russian regions bordering Ukraine.
Two industry sources told Reuters that the Rosneft plant in Tuapse has resumed operations. Repairs were completed at the facility's primary oil refining unit CDU-12 at the end of April, they said.
According to the sources, the unit's capacity totals around 250,000 barrels per day (bpd). The refinery processed 20,000 metric tons of oil on May 1, they claimed.
Rosneft's Tuapse refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai is one of the largest oil processing plants in southern Russia.
Ukraine has escalated attacks against Russia's oil industry in recent months, successfully reducing the processing capacities of multiple facilities.

Tuapse Refinery in Krasnodar Krai has formed a part of the vertically integrated structure of Rosneft since its inception. This is the only Russian refinery located on the Black Sea coast, and it is also one of the oldest: it was put into operation in 1929.
The program of modernization of the Tuapse Refinery is being implemented in three phases:
- 1 st construction phase — within the processing unit (section) ELOU-AVT-12 (with the capacity of 12 million tons/year for oil) and off-site facilities;
- 2 nd construction phase — within the processing units (sections) for vacuum gas oil hydrocracking, diesel hydrofining, sulfur production, hydrogen production, gasoline hydrotreatment, reforming, isomerization and off-site facilities;
- 3 d construction phase — within the processing unit (section) for Flexicoking and off-site facilities.
After the completion of the modernization program, the oil refining depth will increase from 54% to 98.7%.
In Q4 2013, within the framework of implementation of the project for construction of the new refinery, a crude oil distillation unit ELOU-AVT-12 and other facilities of the 1st start-up complex were commissioned in the territory of the Tuapse refinery).
- For 2 nd phase facilities — development of working documentation was completed, the construction and assembly works were under way.
- For 3 d phase facilities — development of working documentation was under way. Modernization of the Tuapse refinery all allow to satisfy the growing needs for high-quality motor fuels of the Russian South. Furthermore, considering the unique geographic position and transshipment capacities of the Company in Tuapse, the potential for alternative export of crude oil will be expanded.
In 2014, the summary Investorsments into the Tuapse Refinery totaled 57 billion rubles net of VAT.

The watch is the only Rolex produced that measures in at 44mm with a significant 14mm thickness and is made of 904L Stainless Steel.
