Bayshore - 2024 - Outstanding As Always

We had an excellent stay in Unit 717 at Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club. This was our 5th year. We have met many families at Bayshore. Definitely coming back again next year.

Sweet 16 Birthday Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Booking was easy, condo was amazing, spacious, bright and clean and had so many extra's available for our use. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful views. Great restaurants nearby. Other residents are extremely friendly. Parking spot was perfectly located. Tip: check in before shopping for your supplies as most likely the items you need are already provided by the owner. We bought more than we needed. I would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay there again.

Love the view of sunrise in the east from the balcony

Have stayed at Bayshore before and love the location. Also, the fact that first coffee in the morning is on the balcony while the sun comes up in the east. Pool, clean, Room provided all basic neccesities and extras.

Beautiful Views and amazing condo!!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo...great location being close to the beach and restauarants.Also, the condo is very spacious, clean and has amazing views ...intecoastal from the rear balcony and ocean from the front of the condo. The Seside realty ensured everything was in order upon our arrival and our departure. Five stars all around!!,

Great location - needs some updates tho - overall good experience

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the management company was great. Easy access for parking and good communication. Hopefully you do some updates to your property. The lack of updates would be the only thing preventing me from booking the property again. Two things that exceeded our expectations. Sitting on the 7th floor patio, you will see several dolphins passing thru. Second, there is an awesome mini golf course within 100 yards where you can play golf and feed actual alligators. Good times.

Peaceful Retreat

We have stayed at this unit several times and have always enjoyed our time here. It's a larger corner unit and is clean and very quiet. This condo is well equipped with kitchen items, as well as beach chairs and sand toys. I highly recommend this condo!

Bayshore Rental 2023

The unit at Bayshore was in excellent condition, as always. The location is excellent as well. The Intercoastal is fantastic. The beach is a block away. Many restaurants and stores within a mile or two as well. Management of this unit is outstanding. We will be back again!

Snow escape!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was clean, and had everything we needed! Will definitely be coming back.

VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR

The property management was very helpful when it was discovered that our original property was not as described. We were lucky that it was not yet peak season and we could be switched to another property. This location was wonderful-from the front we could see the gulf along with the beautiful sunsets and from the balcony gorgeous sights which included sunrises, dolphins and many birds. The other residents were very friendly and the week we were there this location was having a meet and greet and everyone was invited. The twin bed mattresses and couch could use replacement as it was hard to get off the couch as the cushions were worn and too soft and the twin mattresses had no support. Also the code to the men's Sauna did not work. We did enjoy our stay and its location as it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and we would definitely book through Seaside Property again.

Great scenic views & wildlife

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful. Seeing wildlife daily was a joy.the accommodations were very nice with a will equipped kitchen. We had to remove the old, used coffee filter from the coffeemaker, and there were a few dust bunnies that blew out from under the bed with the wonderful cross breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved 717 rental! It was spacious for our family of 5, clean, and had everything we needed from the kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, storage containers), balcony had plenty of seating and tables along with a beautiful view, fans, beach rafts/toys/chairs, tennis rackets, and 2 bikes (1 bike had issues with a wheel), and the most amazing water views from every window. A quick walk to the beach and of course you need to go play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove!

Nice view dirty place without light bulbs or lights

Nice view nice location. The light in the Kitchen worked and the bathrooms, but no place else. No light bulbs so I could fix. Only 1 dish towel.

Disappointing

I was very happy with the management company. The unit was very clean and brigth. The furnishings are very old and shabby. The couch is very uncomfortable. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the place. The bathrooms need updating. There was no vacuum cleaner or electric sweeper and there wasn't even a floor mop. The kitchen was very cheaply equiped. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The elevator was disgusting and smelt bad.

Perfect for our family of four

The location provided quick access to the white sand beaches and the bay view from the 7th floor allowed us to spot dolphins and manatee. It was a post card view from every window. The property was very clean and the management was very responsive in answering questions and offering support. It was everything that we needed. We enjoyed nightly sunsets, the pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, all the shops, an escape room, Busch Gardens, the Botanical Gardens, putt putt golf and feeding alligators. We had a list of things we didn't have time to complete. Next time we will need at least two weeks to see everything this location has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Large end unit. Windows and breezes in every room. Temp in high 80s but no AC required. Beautiful views of intercostal and gulf . Quiet. Best parts were large balcony overlooking intercostal, large modern laundry room, clean pool and hot tub, and the assigned parking spot underneath. Lots of extras: beach towels, toys, chairs, drying rack, bikes, storage. Keyless entry. Second bath ok but could use update. For me? Better quality and quantity of towels - especially hand towels and add bath mats.

Wonderful Indian Shores vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club #717. This was our 1st time visiting this area of Florida and we really loved it. The condo had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the view of the waterway out the back sliders and side windows also. Views everywhere. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms/showers could use a bit of updating. Master bed was very comfortable! Slept wonderfully!

March 2018 Indian Shores

Great month in Indian Shores. Beautiful beach, great restaurants, lots to do and see. Unit was great, spacious and bright. Beautiful views out every window. Would have liked a king bed in master suite, but for a few weeks was adequate. Also, think cleaners need more time between customers as we had to do some cleaning when we arrived.

Bayside View

We very much enjoyed our 7th floor condo at Bayshore. The balcony views of the waterway with all the boats heading in and out was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with enough kitchen supplies to tend to our meal needs. We enjoyed the easy access to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for walks and sunsets. An all around great experience.

Great vacation

End unit condo was clean, quiet with a great view of the intercostal. Well kept property grounds. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach.

Great BYTC location with pleasant balcony waterway view

Great condo location. Clean. Liked the quiet waterway location and yet easy access to the ocean across the street. Well supplied with sporting equipment, games and reading material. Nice updated appliances and TVs. A larger lounge chair and updated guest shower would make it our most favorite place for years. We hope to go back next year!

Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club

The vacation property was in a great location. The property itself could have provided more amenities (more towels, bath mats, etc). We also have trouble with the lock on our door that took a few days to get squared away, but worked well after! The description in the rental for the beds was also misleading. Said the guest room have two fulls but was actually two double beds. However I Would recommend this place.

We are pleased that you would recommend this wonderful vacation property. At any time, you could have contacted us to secure more linens but we were not informed that you were running low. Also, regarding the front door lock; we actually had that repaired within a couple of hours not a few days. We appreciate that you took the time to review our property. Management

Spring Get-A-Way

We had a very restful, peaceful, quiet week in the condo. The people around were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place for up to six people even though there were just two of us. It is very roomy and clean just like home! We loved the balcony (7th floor breeze was always great!) with all he privacy. It was a few minutes walk to the water, but there are few places to eat within walking distance. A short drive will get you to Crabby Bills, The Pub, Keegans, and many other great places. We had a great time!

The perfect place to relax!

This condo is a great location! It is quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony, where we enjoyed watching the seabirds, the boats, the sunrise, and an occasional dolphin. We also enjoyed long walks on the beach, just across the road, and watching the beautiful sunsets both from the beach and from our front balcony. We were happy to see that this unit has four tennis racquets along with golf balls and putters for enjoying the tennis courts and putting green. Both were never busy. The pool was warm and inviting, though the pool area was completely in the shade after 3 pm during our visit, so we tried to time our pool visits accordingly. We were glad to have two bikes to ride, though one of them did not work very well so I ended up riding solo most of the time. We would certainly recommend this unit to other guests.

Welcome to our guest friendly condo located on the 2nd floor in the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club on the Intracoastal Waterway of Indian Shores, with short ( 2-3 minutes ) walking distance to the beach. Access to the unit is very convenient by using elevator or by waking a few stairs from the parking level. One parking space is assigned to our guests. This fantastic and spacious condo features: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, open Kitchen, very large Living room and private Balcony for relaxing with direct view on the Intracoastal greens and water. The kitchen features an open counter top, appliances and plenty of cabinet space. It is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove oven as well as cooking and eating utensils. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. The dining area offers a large dining table with comfortable chairs. The resort community amenities include Heated pool, Spa, Saunas, Fishing Dock, Boat slips, 4 Lighted Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Putting Green, Private Gym and Shuffleboard. There is a community laundry room on the 4th floor. A rooftop patio for happy hour or morning yoga and well-maintained gas grills at the pool. Smugglers Cove miniature golf is directly in front of the community and some nice restaurants within short distance from the building. All this and the pristine sandy beach of Indian Shores keeps the same guests coming back to Bay Shores year after year. Thank you for making a reservation with us.

Very nice pool and grounds

We really enjoyed the pool and grounds. Many activities for the kids, which included a putting green, tennis court and shuffle board. Very clean. We will visit again Thank you Greg.

508 Bayshores Yacht & Tennis Club

This Indian Shores condo is a cheerful 1224 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit at Bayshores Yacht & Tennis Club that features gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway from its spacious balcony and numerous windows. Several amenities of the property have been newly updated in 2024 including the pool and hot tub area, grilling area, and tennis and pickleball courts!

Please note this is an ANIMAL FREE unit (see description at the bottom of the page for more information).

In the large living/dining room combo, there is a sleeper sofa bed (allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 guests), a loveseat, and a 55" flat screen ROKU TV. The dining table seats 6. There is also additional seating at the kitchen counter and a work area with desk.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped and has been updated with granite countertops. Additional kitchen amenities include a large refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard drip), blender, toaster, electric griddle, and bakeware. *The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

One bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features two XL twin beds that can be converted to a "split king" size bed. This flexible bedding configuration offers more sleeping options for families or multiple couples! The 2nd bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom with walk-in shower (with safety bars).

The large balcony with incredible views is easily accessed from both the living room and the dining room and is one of the many reasons that this condo stands out in Indian Shores. The balcony is north facing and is shaded and usable all day. A pub table has been provided on the balcony for your comfort to enjoy the amazing views during early morning coffee breaks, Alfresco dining, and sunset cocktails. There is also additional counter height seating to allow for unimpeded water views. A large towel drying rack has been provided as the condo association bylaws prohibit the hanging of items on the balcony railing. It should also be noted that smoking on the balcony is also prohibited by the condo association bylaws.

An additional bonus is that the intracoastal waterway is home to many aquatic families. Dolphins and Manatees are easily spotted throughout the day. If you are a watercraft enthusiast, you will be thrilled and entertained by the parade of boats that pass by the complex throughout the day.

Included in the rental rate are an array of amenities including Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, a newly renovated (2024) community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a putting green, fishing dock, outdoor shuffleboard court, BBQ grills and covered parking. The owner has provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, tennis racquets and balls and a golf putter and balls for guests to enjoy. Bath towels and linens are provided but beach towels are not, so plan to bring yours along. Please note there is laundry on site (not in the unit) located just one floor down on the 4th floor.

Bayshores Yacht & Club is a quiet condo complex that houses both full-time residents as well as vacationers. While you are in the public areas, you will meet friendly people who will provide local dining/activity advice!

Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, RVs etc. are NOT allowed to be parked on the property!

Animal Free (the property does not allow pets or service animals of any kind). While we cannot guarantee an animal has NEVER been in these properties, our hope is that everyone will respect this policy and help us protect those that need a true NO ANIMAL property.

When a property is an Animal Free property, the law protects the property owner from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Our Animal Free properties are there to help protect the property owner, as well as future guests, who may have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies. Animal Free means that the property will be free of these allergens. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, some people have debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, which is why Animal Free properties are identified.

The cost of bringing a Animal Free property back to Animal Free status is an unreasonable burden to a property owner. It can include a deep cleaning fee ($200 to $700), carpet cleaning the entire property ($85 to $500), laundering all bedding; blankets, comforters, mattress pads, etc. ($100 to $500); cleaning of all furniture, sofas, fabric covered items, curtains, etc. ($100 to $1000); and more depending on the property. These items would have to be performed to ensure the medical safety of future guests, or the owner, who need a Animal Free/dander free environment. Additionally, they would have to be performed between the last guest checking out and the next guest checking in (usually six hours or less). This is usually impossible due to the time required for this work and would cause the property owner to lose future rents in addition to paying the cleaning expenses. Because of this, we cannot allow any animals into a Animal Free property, regardless of their work, certifications, status, disabilities, etc. The law protects property owners from unreasonable burdens.

Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping, and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Bathroom configuration, property rules.

Hi Ron, thank you for your feedback. We are happy to let you know that the interior has been COMPLETELY updated with fresh paint, new furniture in the living and dining room areas as well as on the balcony, AND all new kitchen items! Unfortunately, we cannot move the laundry facility to the 5th floor for more convenience but we have noted that in the property description so future guests are aware of the convenience of on site laundry, but still know they need to travel to the floor below to access it. We have also updated our welcome letter/check-in instructions with clearer directions on the internet and guest parking and how to access it. Hi Christy - The A/C unit was replaced last year and the unit's temperature is much more comfortable. We have removed the vertical blinds that covered the patio sliders and replaced with coastal blue floor length curtains. In addition to that, the entire unit has been completely updated. This unit is under new ownership and has been vastly improved! New décor and fresh paint throughout, along with new furnishings on the balcony and in the dining and living rooms areas.
