Sehr nettes Winterlager auch für nicht-dänischsprachler nette Leute und gute Ausstattung, vor allem alles entspannt. Werde ich wohl bald wieder ansteuern.

Ich bin das erstemal hier gewesen und war überrascht. Da wir am Sonntag hier waren, war niemand da. Die Sanitären Anlagen sehr sauber toll gemacht, es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Auch Duschen ist hier kein Problem. Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage. Auf jedenfall Empfehlenswert:) :) :)

Scammers. Say Volvo penta specialists, when it is not. I paid 23800 usd for a volvo kad300 supposed to be "new condition". Arrived in Tahiti it does not work.the statement of the local volvo representative is: an engine "tinkered" with the cylinder head to rectified, the turbo, liners kits and the crankshaft to change. As compensation they send me a wreck "the best engine they have". This one doesn't work either. Finding: Almost half of the valve springs broken and the rest rusty, rusty tipping, water rusted by some valves, rusty intake ect ect.

Really helpful service, had a problem with my throttle assembly and a broken cable coming into Sønderborg and these guys came out and fixed it that day. Highly recommended and a really friendly helpful guy as well

These guys were great. They looked after our Boreal 55 for the winter of 2018/19 and she came out of the sheds in good shape. They work with an excellent rigger and one of the best marine electrics guys I have met. Mads and Susanne deal with the storage and coordinates with the rigging and electrics guys and Susan's husband, Flemming, is a Volvo agent so deal with all the servicing of the engines etc etc. They are all collectively friendly, helpful and professional. Plus it is a great place!

Søholm Yacht Service nye opbevaringshal på 1500 kvadratmeter har plads til katamaraner

1500 kvadratmeter stor opbevaringshal står nu færdig ved Søholm Yacht Service i Flensborg Fjord. Hallen har plads til 20 større både - også katamaraner, da porten måler 12 gange 11 meter. 60 % af sejlerne, der har båd i hallen, er tyskere.

Søholm Yacht Services  nye opbevaringshal står nu færdig. Hallen, som er 1500 kvadratmeter, er en af de få haller i Danmark, der også har plads til katamaraner.

Der er nemlig bygget en 12 meter høj og 11 meter bred port i enden af hallen, så katamaraner kan komme ind og blive opbevaret.

- Det er et mix af store og små både, også katamaraner, der bliver opbevaret. Der er cirka plads til 20 større både i hallen, fortæller Susanne fra Søholm Yacht Service til Minbaad.dk.

Europæiske brugere

Hallen er at finde ved Broager i Flensborg Fjord, og er derfor også benyttet af vores tyske naboer:

- 60 % af kunderne er tyskere, 30 % er danskere og resten er franskmænd, hollændere eller andre jordomsejlere, fortæller hun.

Hallen er bygget af stål og er desuden isoleret, så den er frostfri og fri for kondensvand.

Hallen er videoovervåget, og brugerne får en personlig chip-adgang til den hal, hvor deres båd står i. Der er nemlig ikke kun én hal at finde hos Søholm Yacht Service på den 40.000 kvadratmeter store grund.

Dårlig service

Jeg ringede for at få oplysninger om en gammel Volvo Penta MD 11. Den var renoveret, malet og motoren havde gået ok et stykke tid. Jeg kørte de ca 200 kl der ned for at købe den. Den var nok ren men ikke malet da der var rustpletter. Den havde gået et stykke tid, men uden vandkøling. Det viste sig at der var blokering i vand systemet. GOD MOTOR? Refusion kunne jeg ikke få. Det var altså løgn på løgn, SÅ KØB IKKE BRUGT HOS Søholm Yacht Service A/S

Virkelig god service.

I forbindelse med et motorproblem i Flensborg fjord, fik jeg Søholm marine v. Flemming til at reparere gearet på vores motorbåd. Vi lå i "nødhavn" i Marina minde havn - bestemt ingen positiv oplevelse - se min anmeldelse derfra. Flemming fik repareret motoren og vi sejlede videre på vores lille sommertogt. Undervejs oplevede vi et mindre problem med gearskiftet, som jeg ringede til Søholm marine om. I dag kom Flemming så til vores hjemhavn Dyvig og fiksede problemet uden beregning. Kun lovord til overs for den venlige og positive behandling, vi har fået.

Swede Ship Marine has a long tradition in shipbuilding and one of the yards – Djupvik Shipyard – has been building ships since 1890’s. Deliveries to the Coast Guard and the Navy started back in 1937, welding in aluminium in 1950 and production in composite materials in 1979.

The group consist of three modern and highly specialized shipyards, Djupvik Shipyard, Swede Ship Composite and Swede Ship Yachtservice, all situated on the west coast of Sweden. We have our own in-house engineering department for design of new vessels and customization of existing.

Djupvik Shipyard is specialized in aluminium and steel production, with a capacity of building vessels up to 40-50m. The customers are mainly different authorities, i.e. the Navy, the Coast Guard, the Maritime Administration and the Sea Rescue Society. Types of vessels are patrol- and surveillance boats, transportation boats, pilot boats and small passenger craft.

Swede Ship Composite builds vessels up to 50m in lengths, in composite materials. Among these are sea rescue vessels in different sizes, catamarans for seismic research and different passenger vessels.

Swede Ship Yachtservice located in the port of Gothenburg is a repair and service yard specializing in maintenance of engines.

Croisière nordique 2022 et +

Après avoir visité la Belgique en 2021 (hiverbage à Anvers) BuBulle a traversé la Hollande et a beaucoup aimé la Frise. Sortis à Kiel nousvoici en mer Baltique. Arrivée en "fanfare" en plein milieu de la semaine de Kiel avec des dizaines de vieux gréements (gros bateaux de 20 à 50 m) sous voiles. L'album photos sera exceptionnel. Nous remontons doucement la côté Est du Danemark, le point le plus nord sera AAlborg avant de traverser vers la Suede. Pas de difficultés particulière dans ces navigations, il y a plein de mouillages possibles et plein de marinas. Notre cata fait 4,5m de large, il faut juste trouver l'emplacement qui va bien, nous avons toujours trouvé. Nous sommes preneurs d'infos pour la partie côte Ouest de la Suede, il y a tellement d'îles, de fjord, nous ne savons pas que choisir ! Merci par avance. Cdt Yves

Nous avons profité du beau temps pour traverser entre Aarhus et Goteborg via île Laeso. L'archipel qui s'étend au nord de Goteborg est incroyablement dense d'îles et d'îlots. Il n'y a que l'embarras du choix pour choisir une route qui ziguezague et trouver un mouillage le soir. Certains passages entre les îles mesurent 30 mètres de large. Aucune appréhension à s'y engager, par beau temps la mer y est plate comme un lac, sans marée il n'y a que très très peu de courant (0,5 kt maxi) Nous y avons grenouillé du 20 juillet au 15 août. Autant dire que nous n'étions pas seuls... mais les Scandinaves sont cool, respectueux des autres bateaux moteur ou voile. Les endroits les plus spectaculaires voient des bateaux à la queue leu leu à 3/5 kts maxi pour admirer ces lieux, on se croise souvent à 5 ou 10 mètres... Nos photos ressemblent toutes à des cartes postales. Heureusement qu'il y a vraiment beaucoup de coins et recoins pour trouver de quoi passer des nuits cool. Entre les bateaux accrochés directement aux cailloux (presque tous ces endroits sont pitonnés à demeure) avec ancre à l'AR et tous ceux qui filent vers une marina le soir, nous avons tout le temps été tranquilles au mouillage, beaucoup de place, entre 3 et 5 bateaux. Si on veut aller dans une marina, il faut arriver à 11h45... les places sont chères. Impératif dans notre cas, nos 4,5 m de large laissant encore moins de places accessibles. La stratégie a consisté à dormir la veille dans un mouillage assez proche de la marina visée pour y arriver tout en se levant à une heure que la morale vacancière approuve. Un paradis du nautisme dont nous ne nous lasserions pas... avec le beau temps que nous avons eu ! Nous ne savons pas si c'est exceptionnel mais c'était tip top. L'eau était entre 20° et 22°. Très très peu de pluie, conditions anormales. Ce 24 aout, nous sommes juste en dessous Copenhague, magnifique ville, architecture, musées, monuments, jardins, ambiance, un régal. Pas vu un seul bateau français depuis notre arrivée en mer Baltique ! Cette régions mérite vraiment d'y venir naviguer, de préférence avec du temps + si possible programmation sur plusieurs saisons. Et pour cette année, qui va naviguer en Baltique. Nous y serons de mi juin à fin septembre. le programme de cette année est Baltique Est. Cdt Yves

Nous venons de remettre à l'eau et sommes à Kalmar. On est en Baltique depuis 2013 et après un premier tour complet on a recommencé le second depuis Lubeck jusqu'à Oskarshamn où on a hiverné.

Cette année ce sera un retour sur l'Allemagne les enfants refusant de venir en avion, en train depuis Paris l'Allemagne c'est jouable.

Le bateau a hiverné à Soholm Yachtservice près de Sonderborg (juste au nord de la frontière allemande) Nous avions choisi cette région en pensant que le climat serait plus doux (plus océanique) Il semble que ce fût cool cette année (surveillance avec les webcam allentour) mais peut être hiver atypique ? Qu'en est il à Oskarshamn ? Nous passerons à côté cet été en montant vers Stockholm. Nous arriverons au chantier vers le 15 mai avec 3 semaines de travail sur le bateau. Cdt Yves

Tu as hiverné à l'endroit où je veux aller cette année, tu peux m'en dire plus s'il te plaît (vous avez dû démâter ? L'endroit est bien protégé ?

Pas très froid cette année à Oskarshamn, pas mal de vent et plus humide que d'habitude selon les locaux.

Tu hiverneras où ?

Pour les coins sympa il y a l'île de Bornholm, l'archipel dans la zone vers Ronneby puis Karlskrona, Krisrianopel en remontant ensuite la côte sud est. Après tu as tous les mouillages où il y a des cailloux (ils se ressemblent tous un peu).

Tu as les guides (gros livres) Havenguiden qui te écrivent les mouillages avec des photos.

Je te conseille aussi l'application Eniro På Jsön qui est une application comme Navionics mais plus précise car tu as l'emplacement et le type de mouillage (anneaux, ancre,...).

Chantier super sérieux, personnel stable qui s'y connait, c'est un des patrons qui fait les manutentions, pas besoin de démâter pour les voiliers (nous c'est un cata moteur). Très bien abrité, entouré de haugars qui servent pour le hivernage à l'inrtérieur, le notre est dehors en principe ils sont full dedans. Ce n'est sûrement pas le choix le moins cher mais dans notre cas (catamaran) pas facile de trouver un chantier qui accepte avec notre choix de région. On peut vivre à bord à sec moyennant $/jour/personne. Nous y retournerons car les équipements spéciaux pour notre cata re-servirons et fiabilité du chantier. Un truc qui peu être utile quand on navigue là haut, c'est de payer une cotisation à la snsm locale.

Il y a des accords entre les associations de Suède et du Danemark.

L'inscription à la suédoise est laborieuse alors que celle du DK est rapide et efficace.

600 DKK soit juste moins de 80€ pour devenir membre du Danish Sea Rescue Society Lien spécial pour les étrangers.

Je ne sais plus trop qui avait dû faire appel à eux en Suède pour avoir remplis son réservoir de go avec de l'eau ou l'inverse et qu'ils lui avaient fait venir un réparateur pour le dépanner. Vu que ça fonctionne dans toute la zone sauf Allemagne, j'ai cotisé.

Une question un peu à coté pour ceux qui sont en ce moment en Baltique. Je retourne au bateau ( qui hiverne près de Turku en Finlande) dans 10 jours. Je vois la météo sur windfinder qui nous annonce de 5 degrés en journée. Quel temps avez-vous en ce moment? pas trop froid?

Je complète un peu. Si le soleil est de sortie et qu'il n'y a pas de vent alors il fait assez chaud pour être en t-shirt

Søholm: Nordic modernism on the Øresund seaside

Residential, arne jacobsen’s small brick townhouses in klampenborg mark the transition to a heyday in danish architecture, af eva ørum.

It is normally the whitewashed and beautifully rounded facades of the Bellevue Theater and the residential building Bellavista that draws people’s attention when they reach Klampenborg by way of the coastal road Strandvejen. Both were designed by Arne Jacobsen in the interwar period. 

Yet it is the nearby cluster of 18 small yellow brick townhouses that paved the way for the international recognition of the influential architect. Named Søholm after a villa that once occupied the plot, they mark the transition to what has since been referred to as the Golden Age of Danish architecture. 

From two to three dimensions

The houses are situated in three groups with different floorplans. They are staggered with their distinctive roof pitches, which give them a three-dimensional look that differs from, say , classic English terraced houses with two facades and a roof centered in the middle. 

Inside, the shape of the roof provided a novel way to incorporate natural lighting and multiple levels. It is notable how each townhouse offers privacy from the street, without a lot of show, while the windows on the roof and overlooking the backyard give the homes much of their character. 

Home to Arne Jacobsen

Søholm was erected in the years following World War II. The Danish economy was in shambles, and the state offered inexpensive loans for houses of max. 110 m2. Arne Jacobsen was a part of the private consortium that built Søholm and ultimately moved into the end unit closest to Strandvejen, where he lived until his passing in 1971.  For many years, Arne Jacobsen worked from his basement, where he designed such iconic works as the SAS Hotel and the National Bank of Denmark. Today, the house is rented out via Realdania, which acquired the house and had it restored to very close to Arne Jacobsen’s original design.

During opening hours, take a peek inside Bellevue Theater, which Arne Jacobsen designed in the interwar years. There are still performances here, and a restaurant offers food and drink and a view overlooking Øresund. 

The classic tour of the area takes you slightly inland towards Dyrehaven. But, in fact, there is a special treat awaiting visitors in the third, fourth and fifth streets away from the coast, where homes from the turn of the century are lined up like pearls on a string, taking you back in time.
