SEA SHELL has her base port in Cannes and she is available for charter in the West Mediterranean. Known as high-class destinations or jet-set living, cities like Nice, Antibes, Cannes and Monaco or Monte Carlo are mentioned as central places to visit on board of your yacht.  Corsica and Sardinia are considered as jewels in the Mediterranean: crystal waters, waterfalls, rocky o sandy beaches, small inlets fabulous for diving. SEA SHELL ´s layout can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests overnight in 5 luxurious staterooms, including a full-beam Owner´s Suite with panoramic views and an office area, two VIP staterooms with queen-size beds and two Twin, one of them with Pullman bed. All staterooms are generously appointed, with LCD TV´s, DVD and CD players as well as ensuite facilities. SEA SHELL offers full air-con and WiFi throughout the entire indoor living areas. Her interior is decorated with minimalistic style and Italian furniture. The salon and dining area on the main deck in an open plan, with two plush sofas, two occasional chairs, a large ottoman and full entertainment systems aft. A low island credenza gives a slight separation to the formal dining area forward. Panoramic windows infuse the space with fabulous natural light, creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere. Set over 3 levels she offers an impressive amount of deck space, for guests to lay back and bask in the Mediterranean sun. The sun deck offers more seating and sunbathing options as well as a Jacuzzi equipped with LED lights perfect for escaping the heat of the midday sun, or with the underwater illumination enjoying a midnight dip. There is also an impressive sky lounge, complete with a large sumptuous sofa, coffee table, 65’’ TV and full entertainment, games table and wet bar with stool seating, ideal for socializing.

Performance

Besides being equipped with the latest generation of leisure and entertainment facilities, SEA SHELL is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect, resulting in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience. She has ‘at anchor stabilisers’ which work at zero speed, increasing onboard comfort at anchor or on rough waters and her bow thrusters make her more manoeuvrable at low speeds.

When first coming aboard you will step foot on her huge aft deck a perfect location for welcoming cocktails, or evening drinks. Moving up you will come to the main deck with a generous seating area and 10 seat dining table you will find yourself outside enjoying alfresco lunches and starlight dinners. The sun deck offers more seating and sunbathing options as well as a Jacuzzi equipped with LED lights perfect for escaping the heat of the midday sun, or with the underwater illumination enjoying a midnight dip. The main deck leads into the full beam master cabin which boasts a private office, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities with a large walk-in shower. The remaining cabins 2 Double and 2 Twins are also generously appointed with LCD TV’s DVD and CD players and en-suite facilities in all cabins. The SEA SHELL has full air con and WiFi throughout all the interior living spaces. Her interior is decorated with minimalistic style and Italian furniture. The main salon has another 10 seat dining table and chill out area with JBL home cinema and SAT TV, DVD and AV systems. While the sun lounge offers a 65” LCD TV Sat TV, Blue ray DVD and even a karaoke system. Sea Shell’s spacious interior layout sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins, 2 twin cabins and 2 Pullman beds. She is easily capable of carrying up to 6 crew members onboard to ensure you and your guests get the very best out of your luxury charter vacation, and make full use of all the amenities and leisure facilities offered onboard this vessel.

Her impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her perfect for entertaining friends and family on your perfect charter vacation. There’s space for enjoying lavish dining or simply kicking back and enjoying the sunshine.

She is built with an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, and has a cruising speed of 11 knots, a maximum speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 2,500nm from 55,791litre fuel tanks. She is an admirable mixture of performance and style.

She also comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

A deck Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while taking in the view, particularly after a long day of exploration.

When arriving onboard Sea Shell, the space deck will surprise you. Her large aft deck will allow you and your guests to enjoy a great welcoming cocktail. Entering the saloon, you will see the minimalistic style with Italian furniture.The dining area can welcome up to 10 guests. Following on the main deck, you will enter the full beam Master cabin with her office area and walking in closet. The ensuite facilities proposes a large walking in shower. On the lower deck, you will find the 2 mirror image VIP cabins and the 2 mirror image Twins. All 4 cabins have ensuite facilities with walking in showers. The beach style skyloung on the upper deck offers a large screen TV with karaoke system, a bar and a game table. Arriving on the aft upper deck, the modern decoration continues with her white structural furniture. The table can welcome up to 10 guests seated. The sundeck will surprise you by her size too. All of the other charming cabins have either a large double bed or two single beds and are also fitted with a 35” Samsung LCD, JBL speakers and IPOD dock. All cabins have ensuites and WIFI is available everywhere on board.

A General Description of Sailing Yacht SEA SHELL

SEA SHELL is ex project/yacht name Tonijn; Elisabeth Louw. This 40 metre (131 foot) luxury yacht was produced at Vige Werf in 1910. Sailing Yacht SEA SHELL is a generous superyacht. The yacht is a classic twin masted schooner. The naval architect responsible for her plans and general arangement in respect of the yacht was Vige Werf. Luxury yacht SEA SHELL is a handsome yacht that is able to sleep up to 23 people on board and has around 3 crew.

Build & Designing relating to Luxury Yacht SEA SHELL

Vige Werf was the naval architect firm involved in the professional vessel composition for SEA SHELL. Also the company Vige Werf skillfully collaborated on this project. the Netherlands is the country that Vige Werf built their new build sailing yacht in. After official launch in 1910 in Haarlem she was thereafter passed over to the happy owner after final finishing. A moderate area is brought about with a widest beam (width) of 6.61 metres / 21.7 feet. With a 2.71m (8.9ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure above deck is built from wood. Over the deck of SEA SHELL she is 28.71 (94.2 ft) in length. In 1986 further refit work and modernisation was also performed.

The 6R 1416A engine installed in the sailing yacht is made by HENSCHEL. Connected to her Henschel engine(s) are a single screw propeller. The engine of the yacht creates 300 horse power (or 221 kilowatts). She is equiped with 1 engines. The sum output for the yacht is thus 300 HP or 221 KW.
