Sales Manager

Eden Yachting is a boutique yacht brokerage company established in 2009 and based in Dubai, UAE. We specialise in the sale of new and pre-owned sailing yachts and catamarans to an expatriate and local clientele who expect a professional service. We are passionate about our business as well as knowledgeable about sailing yachts and have built a solid reputation over the years based on our impeccable customer service and attention to detail.

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director on day to day operations, new leads, sales targets, forecasts and market analysis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling, negotiating and closing deals, ideally within the yachting industry, as well as being charismatic and a natural relationship builder.

Requirements:-

• University graduate
• At least 5 years sales experience in the yachting industry or luxury goods sector
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
• Must have a driving licence and provide own transport
• Self motivated, results oriented, highly organized, ability to work under pressure
• Flexible working hours – sometimes at weekends

Desirable:-

• Knowledge of some of the top yachting destinations (particularly within the Mediterranean)
• Technical familiarity with yachts
• Sailing experience ideally with licence

Operations Manager

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director on a variety of tasks including, viewings on brokerage yachts, local yacht delivery, small repairs, handling after sales and liaising with the French shipyards, yacht familiarisation and initial sailing instruction for new owners. The successful candidate will be an experienced sailor, as well as being charismatic and a natural relationship builder.

Requirements:

• Sailing qualification with a licence
• Technical familiarity with yacht construction, rigging and systems
• Fluent in English – French and Arabic is a plus
• Self motivated, organised, problem solver
• Excellent people skills
• UAE Market knowledge
• Sailing instructor experience

Luxury Yacht Sales Advisor

At Guildhall we are seeking an experienced and motivated Luxury Yacht Sales Advisor to join our prestigious client in the luxury yacht brokerage industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in yacht sales, with a focus on luxury and high-end clientele. Proficiency in Russian and Arabic is a strong advantage, as the role involves dealing with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals from diverse backgrounds. If you have a passion for yachts, a strong sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills, we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Yacht Sales: - Utilize your expertise to promote and sell luxury yachts to UHNW clients, including individuals, corporations, and high-profile personalities. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their preferences and provide tailored yacht options. - Stay updated on the latest yacht models, trends, and market conditions to effectively advise clients. Market Research: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. - Gather information on competitors and their offerings to position our yachts effectively. Communication: - Effectively communicate with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly. - Present detailed information on yacht specifications, pricing, and financing options. - Facilitate yacht viewings, inspections, and sea trials for interested clients. Sales Strategies: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. - Participate in yacht shows, exhibitions, and events to expand the client base.

Requirements:

Requirements: - Language Skills: Proficiency in Russian and/or Arabic is highly desirable, in addition to English. - Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in luxury yacht sales. - Network: A strong network of UHNW clients or potential leads in the Dubai region is a significant advantage. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation skills, and a passion for luxury yachts. - Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the luxury yacht market, including models, specifications, and industry trends. - Professionalism: Impeccable presentation and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clients. - Legal and Financial Understanding: Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of yacht sales. - Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
