Zaliv iii yacht description.

One of the few available 50 metres semi displacement aluminium yachts in the market with variable speed from 12 knots up to 22 knots.The choice of a contemporary, almost minimalist design contrasting with exquisitely tasteful furniture makes ZALIV III unique and original. Materials and colours of the interiors enhance the sense of space. The top deck is fitted with a large Jacuzzi along with TV on fly. She has been built with the most modern equipment (zero speed stabilizers, 3 large generators, special entertainment system and electrical curtains adjusted with the MAIN LUTRON MONITORING SYSTEM, special lighting design, special and extra insulating level, blue hull and many other features.

Represented by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht ZALIV III is a 164 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski and a hot tub. ZALIV III spends the summer and winter season in Croatia. She was constructed by the well-known ship builder Mondomarine in 2011. The expansive yacht layout features 6 generous cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.

ZALIV III is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck continues to the meticulously composed main saloon. The main saloon is a friendly space with an abundance of seating areas and enables a number of media entertainment options. 6 elegant cabins are purposefully laid out with vison for maximum room, access, comfort and privacy.

CAPTAIN –Konstantinos Tziovani Gkontzos Konstantinos was born in 1984 in Arta, Greece. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in Epirus, Greece in 2007. He holds all Certificates such as Advanced Fire Fighting, Tanker Safety, Ship Security Officer, Life Saving Appliances, Crisis Management/Simulator/Ship Handling, Management of Change, Medical Care on Board Ship, Passenger Safety, Specialized Training for ‘Gas Instruments’, for ‘RO-RO/PASENGER SHIPS’ and has also a speedboat license. He has 11 years of experience in yachts of all types and sizes and has travelled in East & West Med and Croatia. He joined Zaliv III in 2012 and he is a valuable member of the team. With his extensive knowledge and pleasant personality he ensures a successful charter. Konstantinos speaks fluent English and he has a passion for traveling, diving and all water sports. CHIEF OFFICER – Konstantinos Anagnostou Konstantinos is a Greek national and holds a Captain’s Class B’ diploma. Konstantinos has acquired numerous Certificates and started his career on cargo and tanker vessels before joining yachting in 2022 onboard M/Y Light Holic. He is a great team player and always available to assist with Jet skis and water sports equipment and ensure endless fun for guests of all ages. He speaks English & French and enjoys cinema, photography and playing basketball. CHIEF ENGINEER- Thodoris Kikidas Thodoris was born in Greece in 1974. He holds an A Class Engineer Diploma and all the necessary certificates; Higher Level Training, Advanced safety and Firefighting, ERM/ERS, RO-RO Passengers ships V/2, V/3. He started his career in 1994 onboard merchant ships and entered the yachting industry in 2003 serving on charter yachts such as M/Y Gina M, M/Y Celeste & M/Y Allegra. He speaks fluent English. He is married and in his free time enjoys computers and music. ENGINEER – Ioannis Kazakis Ioannis was born in Greece in 1994 and he holds the 2nd Engineer Certificate. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia and holds all the necessary certificates. Ioannis has attended various seminars and trainings over engineering. Before joining M/Y Zaliv III, he worked on commercial ships and tankers. He speaks fluent English and he holds a speed boat license and loves all water sports. CHEF – Vasilis Athanasiou Vasilis was born in 1987 in Greece and is a graduate of Le Monde Institute of Greece. In 2020 he attended and gained the certificate of “The professional Course in Innovative cuisine” from the Basque Culinary Center in Spain. During He has attended numerous gastronomy seminars such as Haute Cuisine, Art de la Table, Food Styling, International Cuisines, The Best of Alain Ducasse and many more. Vasilis was also awarded with the first place at three Food Carving Competitions in 2014 & 2015. Vasilis started his career at famous hotels and restaurants in Athens and in 2015 he joined the yachting industry. Prior joining Zaliv III team in 2021 he has worked onboard M/Y Ledra, head chef on M/Y Chakra and M/Y Kintaro. During winter period Vasilis is a Chef Professor at Le Monde Institute. He is an expert in International cuisines but his great love is the Greek and Mediterranean gastronomy. Chara is proficient in different types of massages such as face, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, pregnancy, aromatherapy, table Thai etc. and offers them to all guests during their charter. Konstantinos speaks fluent English and he has a passion for traveling, diving and all water sports.<br /> <br /> CHIEF OFFICER – Konstantinos Anagnostou<br /> Konstantinos is a Greek national and holds a Captain’s Class B’ diploma. Konstantinos has acquired numerous Certificates and started his career on cargo and tanker vessels before joining yachting in 2022 onboard M/Y Light Holic. He is a great team player and always available to assist with Jet skis and water sports equipment and ensure endless fun for guests of all ages. Before joining M/Y Zaliv III, he worked on commercial ships and tankers. He speaks fluent English and he holds a speed boat license and loves all water sports.<br /> <br /> CHEF – Vasilis Athanasiou <br /> Vasilis was born in 1987 in Greece and is a graduate of Le Monde Institute of Greece. In 2020 he attended and gained the certificate of “The professional Course in Innovative cuisine” from the Basque Culinary Center in Spain. During He has attended numerous gastronomy seminars such as Haute Cuisine, Art de la Table, Food Styling, International Cuisines, The Best of Alain Ducasse and many more. Vasilis was also awarded with the first place at three Food Carving Competitions in 2014 & 2015. Vasilis started his career at famous hotels and restaurants in Athens and in 2015 he joined the yachting industry. Prior joining Zaliv III team in 2021 he has worked onboard M/Y Ledra, head chef on M/Y Chakra and M/Y Kintaro. During winter period Vasilis is a Chef Professor at Le Monde Institute. He is an expert in International cuisines but his great love is the Greek and Mediterranean gastronomy. Vasilis is well versed in haute cuisine food preparation but equally comfortable with simple, straight forward cooking with passion and respect for quality and detail. Chef Vasilis speaks English, French and Greek and ensures that dining onboard M/Y Zaliv III will be an unforgettable experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> CHIEF STEWARD –Stavros Christodoulou<br /> Stavros was born in 1975 and he is a Greek national. He joined Zaliv III‘s crew in 2024 and has become a valuable team member. He has been working in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, started his career onboard cruise ships, then he served at many high end restaurants, such as Ithaki and Lycabettus Horizon and finally opened his own Italian bar-restaurant. Menelaos has acquired numerous Certificates and started his career on cargo and tanker vessels before joining yachting. He is a great team player and always available to assist with Jet skis and water sports equipment and ensure endless fun for guests of all ages. He speaks English and enjoys all water sports. <br /> <br /> CHIEF ENGINEER- THODORIS KIKIDAS<br /> Thodoris was born in Greece in 1974. He holds an A Class Engineer Diploma and all the necessary certificates; Higher Level Training, Advanced safety and Firefighting, ERM/ERS, RO-RO Passengers ships V/2, V/3. He started his career in 1994 onboard merchant ships and entered the yachting industry in 2003 serving on charter yachts such as M/Y Gina M, M/Y Celeste & M/Y Allegra. He speaks fluent English. He is married and in his free time enjoys computers and music.<br /> <br /> ENGINEER – CHRISTOS GEORGOUSIS<br /> Christos was born in Greece in 1994 and he holds the 2nd Engineer Certificate. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia with all the necessary certificates and he has attended various seminars and trainings over engineering. He has experience on ocean going ships and charter yachts. He speaks fluent English and he holds a speed boat license and loves all water sports.<br /> <br /> CHEF – VASILIS ATHANASIOU Vasilis was born in 1987 in Greece and is a graduate of Le Monde Institute of Greece. In 2020 he attended and gained the certificate of “The professional Course in Innovative cuisine” from the Basque Culinary Center in Spain. During He has attended numerous gastronomy seminars such as Haute Cuisine, Art de la Table, Food Styling, International Cuisines, The Best of Alain Ducasse and many more. Vasilis was also awarded with the first place at three Food Carving Competitions in 2014 & 2015. Vasilis started his career at famous hotels and restaurants in Athens and in 2015 he joined the yachting industry. Prior joining Zaliv III team in 2021 he has worked onboard M/Y Ledra, head chef on M/Y Chakra and M/Y Kintaro. During winter period Vasilis is a Chef Professor at Le Monde Institute. He is an expert in International cuisines but his great love is the Greek and Mediterranean gastronomy. Vasilis is well versed in haute cuisine food preparation but equally comfortable with simple, straight forward cooking with passion and respect for quality and detail. Chef Vasilis speaks English, French and Greek and ensures that dining onboard M/Y Zaliv III will be an unforgettable experience. <br /> <br /> <br /> CHIEF STEWARDESS – BELEA ADRIANA ANA<br /> Adriana was born in 1979, a Romanian national. She has certificate in Economics and Administrative Studies. She has also studied for 3 years at “Fundeni Nursing College” and during her practice she was nurse in the military hospital for one year. She has attended beauty courses, seminars in photography and PYA GUEST Yacht Interior, Yacht Interior, Basic Food Service & Wine, Bartending &Mixology Introduction Modules. She has worked in luxurious restaurants and hotels, onboard cruise ships since 2005 and two years onboard M/Y Magna Grecia. She joined Zaliv III‘s crew in 2015 and has become a valuable team member. She is a very active and hard working person who always smiles and guarantees impeccable service to all guests. She speaks fluent English, Romanian, Greek and basic Spanish. Mondo Marine built motor yacht ZALIV III is the first vessel launched from the well known Italian shipyard in 2011. Measuring 49.36m in length overall, the semi-displacement superyacht Zaliv III boasts exterior design by Giorgio Vafiadis and her interior was created by the Florentine designer Luca Dini. The aluminum built Mondo Marine Zaliv III yacht features a dark blue hull with a white superstructure. She offers superb accommodation to 12 guests in 6 comfortable Luca Dini designed cabins. Her layout comprises two full beam master staterooms of identical size. One of the master suites is located on the main deck forward, whereas the other can be found on the upper bridge deck. The latter features direct access to the exterior deck. The remaining accommodation includes two double cabins and two twin cabins, all four located on the lower deck.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

M/Y ZALIV III can accommodate 12 guests in 6 luxurious cabins. The master cabin is on the upper deck and boasts private access to the exterior deck; the cabin is full beam of the yacht with a king size bed and features an owner’s salon and office, en-suite facilities with a Spa Pool tub, steam bath and spa room. The VIP cabin is located on the main deck and also is full beam of the yacht with a king size bed and includes a Spa Pool and steam bath. A further 2 queen size cabins and 2 twin cabins are on the main deck, all with en-suite facilities.

Mondomarine Italian Superyachts

The 49.60m motor yacht ZALIV III was custom built in 2011 by Mondomarine.

This semi-displacement superyacht boasts exterior design by Giorgio Vafiadis and her interior was created by the Florentine designer Luca Dini. She offers superb accommodation to 12 guests in 6 comfortable cabins designed by LUCA DINI Design & Architecture.

Her layout comprises two full beam master staterooms of identical size of which one is located on the main deck forward, whereas the other one is on the upper bridge deck and features direct access to the exterior deck.

The remaining accommodation is on the lower deck and includes two double cabins and two twin cabins.

ZALIV III has a contemporary minimalist interior with fine woods throughout. The expertly selected elegant furniture combined to the low lighting solutions give her a fabulous sense of space.

Her 3 decks offer plenty of exterior space. The main deck features a large shaded aft area with comfortable seating on three settees with coffee tables, where on the upper deck we are provided with several options for sunning and relaxing on the many comfortable seating and sun-pads. Here we also find a large spa pool and an alfresco dining area.

Instead, the second deck is exclusively reserved to the master cabin and its private seating area.

Powered by twin diesel engines, the motor yacht reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots and can comfortably cruise at 20 knots.

Among her amenities, she provides gym/exercise equipment, a large swim platform and a vast array of water toys.

Yachts in your shortlist Pearl Yachts delivers first 25m model with private owner's terrace The first unit in Pearl Yachts ' 25.3-metre series, christened Pearly Spencer , has been delivered following her debut at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival . According to BOATPro , she is now anchored in Port de Portals Nous in Palma, Mallorca. The Pearl 82 model sits between the shipyard's Pearl 95 and Pearl 72 offerings and features a raised pilothouse design with two aft deck configurations and a semi-walkaround deck with a forward master suite and private forepeak terrace.  The company claims this model is the only yacht in its class to offer this type of configuration, and Pearl Yachts managing director, Iain Smallridge, called the 82 "the most compact superyacht on the market". The Pearl 82 builds on the collaboration between the shipyard and Bill Dixon whose studio, Dixon Yacht Design , created the exterior profile and naval architecture. Naturally, the model shares a sporty profile with the rest of the Pearl range with an exterior defined by four bands of dark glass. Owners are offered the choice between two aft deck arrangements: the "Riviera" configuration with aft-facing sunpads behind the table and a sofa set up, and the "Veranda" layout with pivoting seating that can be used for dining or for observing activities at sea. Fold-down bulwarks at this level expand the aft cockpit, while a tender garage offers storage for a Williams 345 tender – or similar – and a Jet Ski. All the outdoor areas can be protected by a foredeck Bimini, electric shades and the hard top on the flybridge, which can be set to full shade, adjustable louvres and full sun at the touch of a button. The owner's foredeck lounge is also connected to the flybridge deck and benefits from a full-sized dining table, a bar, a sunpad and a spa pool. Kelly Hoppen, another long-time Pearl Yachts collaborator, is responsible for the interior which accommodates up to 10 guests with a forward master suite that has access to a private bow terrace through a glass door. The remaining guest accommodation is found on the lower deck, configured as two twins and two doubles. "We've used beautiful materials, and the joinery and the detailing are absolutely intricate, but the feel of when you are on board is quite open plan, with these wonderfully enlarged windows, which make you feel that you are really out at sea, rather than being enclosed inside of a yacht," said Hoppen. Other interior highlights include a main saloon with floor-to-ceiling windows which, together with cut-out bulwarks, allow an abundance of natural light to fill the space. Forward is dining for all 10 guests with galley access to port. Engine room access, galley access and foredeck access are all positioned on the port side of the yacht, ensuring privacy for guests and crew. "The design revealed in Düsseldorf set the stage for what will be a truly spectacular world premiere at Cannes next September," Smallridge said at the yacht's launch in July 2024 . "This yacht is a testament to our feature-focused philosophy and innovative spirit, and to our dedication to pushing the limits of yacht design and flawless quality."
