The Yacht Haven complex consists of a 51 slip marina, a full service boat yard, and a commercial office space.
Yacht Haven is located on the harbour in downtown Annapolis, Maryland. The complex overlooks the city docks, historical downtown Annapolis, the Maryland capital building, and the US Naval Academy.
Historically, Yacht Haven was the home of the famous Trumpy Yachts from the days of wooden boats. During World War II, PT (Patrol Torpedo) boats were also build on this site, which were used by the US Navy to attack surface ships.

Piney Narrows Yacht Haven is a condominium slip facility, with slips currently for sale. There’s no better location to purchase a slip, as Piney Narrows is conveniently located near all major, nearby metropolitan areas, including Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Wilmington and Philadelphia. Our marina is also a great jumping off spot for cruising to the most popular destinations on the Chesapeake Bay!
Even better, Piney Narrows Yacht Haven is located right in the heart of the Kent Narrows. Our location offers owners and tenants access to great restaurants, tiki bars, fun nightlife, shopping and golfing – all within a few minutes from the marina.
Below you will find a list of slips currently on the market for sale. If you are interested in any of the slips listed, you may contact our licensed salesperson, Joe Pomerantz, and he will be pleased to assist you with any details desired.
Our slips for sale are represented by the real estate brokerage Clark & Company. Joe Pomerantz is their agent on site, representing the satellite brokerage which is located at the Piney Narrows Marina office. Joe is also the General Manager of Piney Narrows Yacht Haven. Our slips for lease are represented by the PNYH Management consisting of Joe and the Assistant General Manager/Dockmaster, Kai Story.

In addition to slips for sale, we have slips for lease. Annual and seasonal leases begin April 1st; with seasonal running seven months through October and annual through the following March. Leases beginning after April 1st are prorated based on the posted term amounts.
