How is food organized?

Before your departure, You will receive a list of food served on board so you can specify all extra needs you might have or remove any items you do not like. Your cruise assistant will forward all of the group’s wishes, info about allergies, likes and dislikes to the chef on board.

How are beverages organised?

Before your departure, Your cruise assistant will arrange that all of your favourite drinks are waiting for you in yacht’s bar. If you decide to buy drinks from yacht’s bar, you will give a list of drinks you would like to have on board, the crew will get them and sell according to yacht’s bar price list. All Inclusive drinks package includes local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; you can bring all foreign brands with you free of charge. If you pay corkage fee, you will give us the list of drinks you wish to have in yacht’s bar and we will supply the drinks – you will only cover the supermarket bill.

Crew Information

Gulet Anđeo has a crew of 3:

Captain: will take you around all the beautiful places and make the trip as safe as possible. He will follow the pre-planned route, created for you by your “concierge assistant” if only the weather will allow it.

Chef:  is famous for its food and exquisite cuisine. Food is modified according to your taste buds and good planning can make wonders for your cruise.

Deckhand: the right hand of the captain, will make sure the ship is safely moored, your cabins and deck cleaned and everything in order.

On the rear deck, there is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table, and dining area. The salon has a separate dining table and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Andjeo Gulet has enough sunbathing cushions for all guests.

Gulet Andjeo is crewed by 3 people to meet all the needs of guests. A professional crew is committed to the safety and comfort of the guests. The organization of daily activities is its responsibility, as are all meals and drinks. Safety, cleaning and other services are all the responsibility of the highly professional crew. It has its own separate accommodation and bathroom departments independent of guests.

If you are looking to experience the beauty of the Adriatic sea on a modern, traditional gulet, then  gulet Andjeo is the right gulet for you. It is a boat full of surprises. On the outside, it seems like a beautiful, well maintained gulet. However, once you see the interior, you will be convinced that you are standing in a top class modern yacht. One of the best maintained gulet on the Adriatic is newly refitted in 2009 and offers crew flexibility and will meet anyones standards and way of travel.

Guest cabin configuration: 1 master cabin, 4 double cabins

• Each of the cabins has wardrobe, 24 V/220 electricity, hair dryers, its own en-suite bathroom, home like, with shampoo, toilet paper, soap, shower: out of wall.
• Beach towels:1 per person per week
• Bathroom towels: 2 towels per person per week.
• Additional beach or bathroom towels :  on request
• Bedding info :  bedding sheets are included in price and can be changed 1 per week
• Air-condition: 24 hours/ day is included in the price.

Deck:  The back of the ship has a hard top covered dining area with dining table and chairs, combined with a big cushioned sofa. The front of the boat features a large area with sun mattresses and comfortable sofa.

Salon areas:  The salon is an exquisite combination of modern and traditional, with highly polished dark and light wood. The salon has a dining table and sofa, as well as the boat bar and the galley. The corridors lead to 4 cabins in the front of the ship and 1 cabin in the back. The cabins are unique, different from any other gulet in the Adriatic, with a very contemporary look and lovely decorated bathrooms

Galley & crew quarters : kitchen galley features all necessary equipment – including ovens, grill, refrigerators and deep freezers, BBQ. The crew quarters are separate from the guests with private access at the bow.

Gulet cruising in Croatia & Dalmatian Coast on luxury yacht ANDJEO, which is undoubtedly one of the nicest gulets in Croatia, being built in 2000 and fully refurbished throughout in 2014. At 27 metres long it is also one of the biggest gulets in Croatia, so there is plenty of room aboard, with a huge deck area and 5 very spacious double cabins for 10 guests. The interior is very tastefully decorated with a lighter shade of mahaogny and teak, making it a very agreeable place to spend your time in poor weather. During good weather, which is most of the time during Spring, Summer and Autumn in Croatia, you will spend of your time on deck, which is comprised of a vast aft deck seating area with comfortable sofas with fixed awning and big table (where you will eat most of your meals) plus a large foredeck equipped with 10 sunbathing mattresses. The boat comes with various toys, such as dinghy and outboard for water skiing, a kayak, a windsurf board and 10 complete sets of snorkelling gear, which are all included in the charter price.

Charter price includes

The crew (specified above), water, electricity, clean bed linen, clean shower and sunbathing towels (changed at least twice a week), a free welcome drink, fuel for 4 hours cruising a day (which is usually more than enough), Wi-Fi Internet connection, personal injury insurance while on the boat, and free use of onboard equipment specified above.

Charter price doesn't include

Harbour fees (see above for estimate of cost, which can be reduced by anchoring outside the ports on some nights), meals & other drinks aboard (specified above), transfers between the airport and boat, National Park entrance fees and tips to the crew.

Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a percentage of the charter price to be paid in advance to cover your expenses during the cruise, such as meals, drinks, harbour fees, etc. The APA is held on account on your behalf and at the end of the week the total of all your expenses will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to you (it does not include tips to the crew, which need to be paid separately). Not all boats ask for an APA (see above) but ask for meals and all-inclusive drinks to be paid on arrival and harbour fees to be paid locally as you arrive in each port.

The boats' charter season is usually from the beginning of May to the end of October and this is usually divided into 3 price periods, with Low Season usually comprising May & October, Mid Season usually comprising June & September, and High Season usually comprising July & August. Some boats, however, can have as few as 2 different pricing periods and some as many as 4 or even 5, and the dates for these can vary, so if you are confused, which is understandable, please don't hesitate to

Ten charter guests can be accommodated in comfort aboard gulet Andjeo, due to 5 impeccably furnished cabins. All of the cabins are double-bed cabins containing king-size bed (2 x 1.60) and private bathrooms. The grand salon is spacious and has a dining table for 10 guests whereas the gulet also features a fully equipped kitchen and a cocktail bar table. Gulet Andjeo also boasts a huge deck, ideal for leisure sunbathing and relaxing. In addition, there is also a table for 10 located on the stern which is perfect for dining under the stars and enjoying delightful gourmet creations based on Mediterranean cuisine and prepared by a talented chef aboard. The crew usually consists of 3 members who have their own cabins guarantying privacy to the guests. However, members of the crew are always at your disposal providing a superb level of hospitality in order to make your sailing vacation as enjoyable as possible. Boat Description

If you are looking to experience the beauty of the Adriatic sea on a modern, traditional gulet, then  gulet Andjeo is the right gulet for you. It is a boat full of surprises. On the outside, it seems like a beautiful, well maintained gulet. However, once you see the interior, you will be convinced that you are standing in a top class modern yacht.

Guest cabins configuration :

• Each of the cabins has wardrobe, 24 V/220 electricity, hair dryers, its own en-suite bathroom, home like, with shampoo, toilet paper, soap, shower: out of wall.
• Beach towels:1 per person per week
• Bathroom towels: 2 towels per person per week.
• Additional beach or bathroom towels :  on request
• Bedding info :  bedding sheets are included in price and can be changed 1 per week
• Air-condition: 24 hours/ day is included in the price.

Deck: The back of the ship has a hard top covered dining area with dining table and chairs, combined with a big cushioned sofa. The front of the boat features a large area with sun mattresses and comfortable sofa.

Salon areas: The salon is an exquisite combination of modern and traditional, with highly polished dark and light wood. The salon has a dining table and sofa, as well as the boat bar and the galley. The corridors lead to 4 cabins in the front of the ship and 1 cabin in the back. The cabins are unique, different from any other gulet in the Adriatic, with a very contemporary look and lovely decorated bathrooms

Galley & crew quarters : kitchen galley features all necessary equipment – including ovens, grill, refrigerators and deep freezers, BBQ. The crew quarters are separate from the guests with private access at the bow.

They will do their best to give you the experience of a life time, with incredible food, and beautiful sights.

Croatia is a beautiful country, not only as a catchy tourism slogan, but there really are numerous places, small towns and bays worth seeing along the coast. Each of them tells a story about our eventful history,  holding traces of different nations and cultures that came through, leaving always something behind and building gradually architecture and way of life as we know it today.

Besides history and tradition, Croatia has much more to offer, beautiful scenery, clear, deep sea which in different parts changes colour in all kinds of blue shades, from turquoise to navy blue.  Because of archipelagoes that run along the whole shoreline, the Adriatic is a well-protected sea, and there hardly isn’t a place where you can’t find a  safe harbour.           

Our charters usually last for 7 days, starting from Split or Trogir and finishing in Dubrovnik or vice versa and each day we visit one of islands of Middle Dalmatia region archipelago (Brač, Vis, Hvar, Korčula, Lastovo, Mljet). Here is what you should know about the destinations.

Split is a city built around the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, one of the best preserved and most impressive monuments of the Roman era in Europe and its historic city core has been on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List since 1979.

From other cultural and historic monuments worth seeing there are central imperial square Peristyle, the Golden Gate, the Cathedral of St Dujam and statue of the Gregory of Nin.

Except rich history, Split is also the town of the sport where the famous football club Hajduk was founded in 1911. proud of its trophies and the oldest supporters club in Europe, Torcida.

Visiting Split will offer you the opportunity to enjoy growing number of restaurants with specialties that have depicted Split as one of the most important Croatian gastro-destination. Take also into account the numerous events , from club concerts and parties, music, film and theatre festivals and performances in the Croatian National Theatre.

Not many towns in the world count their history in thousands of years, but the town of Omiš is one of them!

The mouth of the Cetina river was first permanently inhabited in ancient times, more than 2000 years ago, and historians believe that the origins of the present-day Omiš are to be found in the small settlement of Oneum, which lay at the very foot  of the impressive mountain guarding the town from the north – Omiška Dinara.

Over the centuries the local people started building their houses closer to the sea, and for a very good reason. The inhabitants of medieval Omiš were, as a matter of fact, pirates!

Just above the roofs of the old town, as a permanent reminder of the glorious pirate history, stands one of the most famous Omiš landmarks – the fortress of Mirabela.

The old pirates of Omiš used Mirabela as a lookout over the Channel of Brač, so that rich merchant ships had no way of sailing along the coast of Omiš unnoticed. 

If you are spending more than a day in Omiš, a short climb up to the Fortica fortress is something you should by no means miss. A well-marked path leading from the very centre of town will take even the ones not exactly in top form up to the fortress in less than an hour, and once there, you’ll be richly rewarded for  your efforts  by one of the most magnificent views in all of Dalmatia.

Walking through the numerous narrow alleyways of the old town, almost at every corner you’ll discover a quaint little square or a charming house.  One of them is especially cherished by the locals and interesting to tourists. After all, there aren’t many houses in the world with an official name, and let alone a name as peculiar as this one – “The House of a Happy Man”.

Besides great history, there is unspoiled nature oft the river Cetina canyon that offers opportunities for an active holiday, which has enjoyed the status of protected significant landscape ever since 1963.

Although in many ways a typical Mediterranean town, due to its specific location Omiš has for centuries also been a melting pot of different gastronomic influences. Good wine, fish and olive oil make the basis of Mediterranean cuisine dominant along the coast, whereas the villages of Poljica in the town’s hinterland offer famous specialties such as soparnik and Dalmatian prosciutto.

ISLAND BRAČ

Island Brač is the third highest island in the Adriatic Sea. It is best known for its white limestone used to build many famous buildings around the world, including the Austrian Parliament building and the White House in Washington.

Besides stone, Brač is also famous for its old olive-groves, quality olive oil and excellent wine from Islands vineyards                          

Pučišća, a quiet place listed as one of the most beautiful small places in Europe according to many websites and magazines, with its stonemasonry tradition and the only existing stonemason school in this part of Europe will blow you a way with its harmonious architecture, serenity and hospitality of its inhabitants.

Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brač.

The Zlatni Rat beach on the island of Brač is a unique natural phenomenon, and it owes its shape to sea currents. Constant winds make sure that this lovely pebbled beach remains a favourite destination for fans of windsurfing.

If you decide to visit Island Brač, we highly recommend trying traditional cuisine (vitalac, cheese, procip).

ISLAND HVAR

With more than 2800 sunny hours in a year, it is rightfully called the sunniest island in Croatia, it is also listed as one of 10 most beautiful islands in the world. It is located in the Middle of the Adriatic Coast on a geographically important point and historically, in the Center of communication with the Mediterranean.

The most important settlements were Hvar and Stari Grad, although in a slightly different position than today, Hvar had a slightly lower importance compared to Stari Grad. Hvar reaches its fulls wing of development by the founding of the Hvar Commune in the 13th century.

Moderate Mediterranean climate with mild and rainy winters and warm and sunny summers facilitated a thriving vegetation that made the life on the island pleasant. The clean sea thrives in fish and the sunny island slopes are perfect to grow grapes, olives, figs and other Mediterranean cultures. Obviously, other than tourism at modern times, the island is known for its agriculture and production of lavender.

When sailing through central Dalmatia, you must pay a visit to the city of Hvar on the eponymous island (the sunniest island in Croatia – another superlative) and the small Paklinski Otoci archipelago in its vicinity. The beautiful natural attractions are complemented by Hvar’s nightlife and its offer is equally interesting to all visitors, young and old, which makes visiting this gem a unique experience.

Vis, the furthest inhabited Croatian island from the coast, for a long time in Yugoslavia isolated and used as a military base, today attracts thousands of tourists because of its pristine nature and friendly inhabitants. It offers great harbouring options, and one of its towns, Komiža,  known as the most famous fishing port in the Adriatic, gives you an opportunity to soak up a traditional way of life in the area.

While visiting island Vis you can go to world- famous Blue Cave on island Biševo, cove Stiniva with its amphitheatre shape at the southern part of the island and Budikovac islet with its beautiful turquoise lagoon and pebbled beaches.

ISLAND KORČULA

Town of Korčula known as mini Dubrovnik, with its cluster of terracotta roofed houses above medieval fortified walls and round towers, where the sword dance Moreška , a well-known folk drama/dance, which used to be played all over the Mediterranean is now solely performed. 

Korčula Old Town is a typical medieval walled Dalmatian town, with its round defensive walls and towers and red-roofed houses where Marco Polo the famous world-traveller and writer, as well as a Venetian merchant, is reputed to have been born.

As far as the local cousine goes you can try Žrnovski makaruni (homemade pasta) grilled fresh fish or stewed meat.

CITY DUBROVNIK

The crown jewel of the Croatian Adriatic is the city of Dubrovnik, surrounded by mediaeval stone walls not to be missed when sailing in the south of Croatia.

History is alive in every part of this city – as museum city and at the same time a live stage, it represents a perfect cross between the past and the present. Protected by UNESCO World Heritage status since 1979.

The city is a destination of culture, as witnessed by its many festivals, prestigious art happenings, major open air events, excellent artists and athletes, and, last but not least, its architectural treasures.

If you decide to spend an afternoon in Dubrovnik, you can go to the cable car running from old city to Srdj hill just above the city. The ride takes about 5 minutes and it is a magnificent view from top of Srdj hill down to the city and neighbouring islands.

ISLAND MLJET

Mljet, the most forested island in the Adriatic and one of the most beautiful pearls of the Mediterranean. 

Mljet National Park makes up most of the island, and there are several villages, two salt water lakes – Big and Small lake, and a Benedictine monastery on the island of St. Mary. In Polače there are some of the best natural anchorages in the Adriatic.

Preserved from the Illyrian period, there are many fortifications and tombs, and the best preserved are those on the hill of Veliki Gradac, Veliko jezero and the fortress at Vodice, above the water source at Vodice at Babino Polje. The Roman Palace, which is the largest after Diocletian’s Palace in Split and the Arena in Pula, is a part of the valuable heritage of the island of Mljet.

The Captain – Dragan Pivac

Always friendly but professional captain and owner of gulet Anđeo Dragan has decided to pursue his lifelong passion and shifted from his past career path towards the cruising industry, and he never looked back. He is now a licensed captain and a proud owner of gulet Anđeo.

When you see him you will soon realize he is super easygoing and calm Captain, confident in his skills and knowledge that his gain. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he has excellent local knowledge and hospitality skills which he gladly expresses. Additionally, Dragan is also extremely passionate about his work and genuinely cares about its clients so if you have any questions during the cruise feel free to ask him and he will happily advise you or share a few stories. Guests satisfaction of overall experience is always crews and his primary concern and they will collectively try their best to show you all the gems of Croatia and make it an unforgettable experience that everyone can cherish for the rest of their lives.

The Chef – Mirko Luković

Special attention on gulet Anđeo is given to cuisine, with emphasis on Mediterranean and local specialties, The chef will simply amaze you with outstanding skills and talent plus, the fact he manages to prepare all those tasty meals in short time, at the same time being creative and serving each day different menus is simply astounding and worth of every praise.

After graduating Chef Mirko continued his professional training throughout his career, including a 6 months professional course in France in restaurant Dizon. During his initial school years, he gained valuable work experience and qualifications working in different restaurants over Balkan regions. However, Mirko was always searching for the perfect environment and job which would provide him the opportunity to continue to develop professionally but also to give him the freedom to experiment with new ideas and approaches. He found all of the above while working on charter yachts. Your personal Chef on gulet Anđeo will be him, and besides a love for cooking, he loves the sea, traveling and meeting people which go to show that he is living his passion now. He often loved to say that ”…there is no greater challenge than trying to fulfill somebody’s wishes, but the satisfaction that you feel afterward makes it worth a while”. He will be preparing various delicacies to all guests on board that will not fail to amaze even the toughest critics. Using only local high-quality ingredients, he will gladly blend all your preferences and wishes into his menu until each and every guest is satisfied.

The Deckhand – Domagoj Hrgović

Soon after graduating and getting the qualification of a deck cadet, he started working on boats, so he has been present in the maritime industry for quite some time now. Experienced and skilled Domagoj along the side with captain Dragan, will take care of guests safely and comfort while sharing his knowledge of the industry and local ways of life.

Along with many professional attributes, which make him a valuable deckhand, he also contributes to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the boat and excellent team spirit. His uplifting personality and sense of humor are highly likable so you will find yourself enjoying at all time.

Anđeo gulet is the perfect yacht for a family cruise or a group of friends/couples, accommodating up to ten guests in five large cabins. Each cabin is tastefully decorated, with sleeping quality that has been provided through high-quality fabrics of the linens, cushions, anti-allergy mattress. 5 spacious cabins, a large deck and saloon are designed for your comfort. Starting from cabins there are 1 Master cabin, 4 Double cabins, and each cabin has a private shower and toilet. 

In cabins, you’ll also fing towels, a storage cabinet with hangers, additional storage beneath the berth, and reading lights. The whole boat is air-conditioned including cabins as well. Furthermore, cabins are equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay of up to 10 guests. Additionally, cabins are spacious with plenty of daylight and the crew has their own cabins so everyone has their own privacy.

The salon is an exquisite combination of modern and traditional, with highly polished dark and light wood and it is a great place to hide and spend time in case you come across bad weather. The indoor salon has comfortable dining corner, consisting of a large couch and dining table, as well as the boat bar and galley, but also there are a TV, DVD and music system.

Contemporary look of interior extends to the exterior where on the deck Gulet Anđeo provides gorgeous space for dining for all 10 guests where they can socialize and enjoy delicates of their personal chef.

On the front deck, there is a sunbathing area with mattresses, which can be protected from awning so you will also be able to enjoy in the shade where you can relax with your favourite book in hand.

Gulet Andjeo was launched in 2000 and continuously refitted every winter since 2004. This boutique gulet is known as a Croatian charter yacht which incessantly raises a bar in Croatian charter market.

That said, it does not surprise that gulet Andjeo is going through the refit at this moment (November 2013) which will affect interior layout of the guests cabins: once finished it will have 2 comfortable double bed cabins in the aft, and forward of the salon will be 3 guest cabins. The most upfront guest cabin will be spacious, probably convertible twin-to- double- bed cabin. In this way, crew cabins will be completely separated from the guests area, with separate entrance. Gulet Andjeo has TV in salon and on the aft area (which is hidden in recently added hard top) DVD player and a wireless internet connection. In central area of the yacht – salon- there is an open galley; a play-field of your chef Vedran.

Gulet Andjeo is the perfect yacht for a family or a group of couples, accommodating a party of up to ten guests in five large cabins. Each cabin is tastefully decorated, sleeping quality has been provided through high quality fabrics of the linens, cushions, anti anti allergy mattress filled with memory foam and individually controllable air-conditioning. Again, each cabin has a private en suite bathroom.

Foward of the saloon are two double cabins, one of which is fitted with a separate entertainment system.

On deck, Gulet Andjeo provides ample space for alfresco seating and dining venues; the aft deck offers comfortable dining table and lounge area – a mattresses to relax and enjoy the scenery while the yacht is underway.

On the front deck there is another sunbathing area covered with mattress, which can be protected from too strogn influence of the Mediterranean sun by awning.

The yacht is fully-equipped with a good selection of water toys including water ski, knee board, wake board, kayak, wind surfboard and a waverunner. She has very stable leathers, designed for all ages, which ensures easy sea access for swimming and water-based activities.

Food Options

• HALF BOARD (breakfast, lunch): 450 €/person/week
• FULL BOARD (breakfast, lunch, dinner): 900 €/person/week
• EXTRA MEAL: 50 €/meal/person
• CHILDREN DISCOUNTS: up to 3 years free of charge, from 3-10 years 50% discount, from 10-12 years 30 % discount

Drink Options

• ALL-INCLUSIVE DRINKS PACKAGE: 280 €/person/week (domestic non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks – water, carbonated drinks, juices, wine, beer)
• ALL-INCLUSIVE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS: 150 €/person/week (domestic non-alcoholic drinks, water, carbonated drinks, juices)
• The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer’s request. The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverages options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.

• * Port fees and anchorage costs are to be paid on the spot in each port (in cash), according to actual port costs. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in port each night, the yacht can also be anchored, which results in lower mooring fees.
