We held our wedding and reception on the Dandeana Yacht this past Saturday evening! Our event was coordinated by Leah who took care of the planning from our first meeting to being on board the Yacht for the event. As we were in a short timeframe for coordinating the event (three months), timing was of the essence. Leah provided us with gentle reminders and pushes when we needed to get things done, as well as a great list of additional vendors who have worked with FantaSea on previous events. The food was wonderful, the coordination flawless and the event was a terrific success according to everyone who attended! We did make some special requests for our bar set up and Leah took great care to make everything work out just as we wanted. The Dandeana is the smaller of the three yachts, which we chose so as to keep our guest list under control! It worked!!! I would highly recommend FantaSea and really loved working with Leah!

i came across an ad in los angeles at its best to do something on a friday night locally i found the tequila and taco cruise i went alone as i was not sure if was something i would enjoy and i did not want to drag a bunch of friends to something i would not like even alone it was an excellent time. we spent 3 hours at sea with non stop food offered (buffet style) and 2 bars with all styles of liquor (2 comp drinks in price of purchase) and a hug dance floor that did not stop once playing music everyone could enjoy. danced thru the whole cruise views were great food superb cant wait to try another country.......

John and Erin have created an easy party planning experience 2 years in a row for myself and my company (company summer party). I would definitely vote yes on FantaSea Yachts! The Dandeana yacht is super chic and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This review is regarding exploring Fantasea as a wedding venue. We didn't end up using them, but had a great experience with them worth mentioning. Firstly, Kelsey is SUPREMELY WONDERFUL!!! She is one of the sincerest coordinators I dealt with in our long extensive search for a wedding venue. She was super helpful, extra vigilant, and definitely went above and beyond to try to please us. They are not pushy, which was a big plus in our book. Who likes pushy? Yet they definitely cared. They are willing to work with you, whether it's your options or budget or anything. We definitely felt like the entire staff was a family. Their complimentary tasting says a lot of their faith in their Chef. I thought his Tri Tip was delicious!! Unfortunately my FI wasn't crazy about the food overall so we played with the idea of having Lawry's cater on the yacht.. it almost worked out, but there was a clash in the server requirements: unfortunately both venues required their exclusive servers to be used.. understandable from the yacht's point of view, and understandable from Lawry's quality of service point of view. So no cigar.. FYI if you use an outside caterer (which they totally allow), you will lose the discounts, so it almost works out to the same price, with or without catering. The yachts were a bit damp smelling and the bathrooms were a bit cramped imo, but the Bridal Suite is fantastic!! Definitely the best one I saw in all the yachts in Marina Del Ray and Newport Beach! *sigh* The seats were cushy (one of my concerns about having a yacht wedding) and they have a convenient flat screen setup for your iPod/laptop for slideshows. I was hoping for more outdoor space available for guests to linger by the water views (they have a nice setup, but I just wanted more lol), but the interior definitely is spacious (high ceilings!!). P.S. the potatoes are droooolicious! P.P.S. we only explored the Dandeana & RegentSea for a guestlist of 80-130 ;)

We worked with Erin Adams for our 40th birthday party. Hands down we had the best service! Erin was extremely personable, easy to access, well seasoned and professional. From beginning of party planning stages to the end of the event Erin was spot on. She worked with all the vendors (I used the vendors she recommended and has worked with) in getting them set up for the night. And during the night she and the boat staff and crew were on top of it, very friendly, and punctual. I would highly recommend using FantaSea for any event. And ask for Erin! She's incredible.

Our company recently booked the RegentSea with FantaSea Yachts for a Summer Outing and had an especially super-good experience. Booking was very easy, and the good folks at FantaSea Yachts were lovely to work with. I would receive a reminder email or phone call as certain deadlines were nearing. Very helpful to me. The food was so good! Pecan encrusted sole was a huge hit, and the chicken was juicy and tender. Sides were good, and the passed hors d'oeuvres were very popular with our gang. I was nervous about the wines, not having sampled them, and they were absolutely fine! FantaSea Yachts were so willing to work within our budget to provide us with exactly what we wanted. The yacht crew were all professional and very helpful. They even helped us decorate at the last minute before our guests arrived.

I had my wedding reception this past summer at FantaSea Yacht club in the actual club house. It was wonderful and my guests loved it. An extremely lovely young lady named Leslie handled my booking details and party. Leslie is kind, patient, efficient and accommodating in every way. When I first booked my reception, I had another contact person Kelsey, who was also really lovely. I felt such a connection with her and she is the reason I booked at FantaSea in the first place. She had to leave her job due to an unfortunate family emergency. I expressed to the wonderful owners of FantaSea my concern that I would not find someone there as patient with me and helpful. However, they were right on target when they put Leslie on my account. Leslie was more than I could have asked for. Really, Leslie made my wedding reception so easy and run so smoothly. She sincerely cares about the brides and the events. I felt the whole time that I was in very good hands with her. Leslie is really wonderful. A couple more things. FantaSea offers their space in 4 hour increments for a reception in the club house, while other venues I looked at offered 6 hours (and some more). I almost chose another place just for that reason. I knew that 4 hours would not be enough time since I had relatives flying in from all over who love to party. I needed to give people time to catch up and enjoy the party. So, I was able to negotiate an extra hour. (for a total of 5 hours). However, on the day, it still didn't seem like enough. If I was given an option right then to purchase an extra hour, I would have. So, with that said, make sure you get 6 hours if you can. Your wedding day goes so fast and it only happens once. So, you might as well try to get as much time as you can. The food was wonderful on the day of the reception. I got many compliments about it from my guests. Overall, I think the FantaSea club house is a great choice for a beautiful wedding reception.

I have my 50th birthday party on October 27th 2017. Erin was my party planner she made sure everything ran smoothly I had no worries. The decorations were beautiful I had a gatsby-themed party. I wish I could name everyone who helped on the yacht. I had 130 guess on the DANDEANA yacht all my guests were attended to no problems. The food was delicious the drinks were great the service was fabulous. This is my second event what this company and they never seem to fail me. Thank you everyone who helped for me to have a grand 50th birthday even the ones behind the scenes I appreciate you all I'll see you at my next event thank you everyone. Captain was great thank you Jeffrey for greeting everyone. The casino had on board was perfect my band was great my DJ was great. Thanks again I will never forget this day

FantaSea Yachts has three boats available as part of its fleet - the Dandeana, the Regentsea, and Fantasea One.

The largest boat is Fantasea One - on this boat, you and your guests can relax in comfort and style as you celebrate a magical day of love, romance, and commitment. With a maximum capacity of approximately 300 people, it is large enough for those who are having trouble reducing their guest list. Boasting four different levels - the Captain’s Lounge, Dining Room, Party Deck, and Sky Deck - it truly has everything one would need for an extravagant day and night.

Regentsea can accommodate 135 guests for a wedding celebration, allowing for a more low-key display of revelry. With three levels available to enjoy - Captain’s Lounge, Bar, and Party Deck, there is a great deal of space to explore. There is also a convenient bridal suite available for makeup touch-ups and attire alterations. Chandeliers, a plasma screen television, and comfortable seating embellish the space’s luxury.

Dandeana is perfect for intimate weddings as it can accommodate approximately 130 guests. Much like the Regentsea, this boat also has three levels - a lounge, a middle deck, and a sky deck (great for enjoying your favorite drink under the stars).

Services Offered

An event planning service is available to assist the happy couple with their big day, while cleanup and setup services are also listed among FantaSea Yachts’ services.

They are able to offer a number of packages for the couple of honor to choose from. Their most popular option includes the following, and more: serving staff, linens, champagne toast for the bridal party, hors d’oeuvres selection, and a non-alcoholic beverage bar.
